Solterra Resort is a Secure Gated Community
Beginning September 1, 2023, an access fee will be required to utilize the clubhouse and pool area at Solterra Resort. This payment can only be made in person at the clubhouse, and payments must be made by using a credit card or debit card. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted. The fees are as follows: $35 for up to 12 guests and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee is a one-time fee that allows access to these facilities for the entire length of your stay.

Gorgeous property with beautiful bedrooms along with a bathroom in each one. The kitchen was stocked with updated appliances along with all the dishes you would need to prepare a family meal. A great place to enjoy family time.

This was a nice spacious home. Plenty of privacy and it didn't feel as if you were being smothered by each other. The area was beautiful and the home was very clean. The internet and phone service was extremely awful for everyone. Not sure if it was the area, but it made looking up things to do in the area difficult. Would definitely recommend staying in the area!
