The backyard is what truly sets this home apart. Instead of looking directly onto another vacation home's pool area, the screened lanai backs to conservation, creating a more private and relaxing outdoor setting.

Start your morning with coffee while enjoying the natural surroundings, spend the afternoon swimming in your private pool, or return from the theme parks and relax beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for the family to enjoy the Florida weather together.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after busy days exploring Central Florida. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, 2,874 square feet of living space provides plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. The main living area features a 55-inch TV, creating a comfortable central gathering place for movie nights or relaxing after the parks.

Upstairs, an additional loft with a 46-inch TV provides another gathering space for the family. Having multiple living areas is especially convenient for larger groups, giving adults and younger guests the flexibility to enjoy separate spaces when desired.
