Chelsea was extremely helpful and made the whole process of reserving the house very easy. The house is very clean and comfortable. There was 10 of us staying at the house and no one was on top of each other. We will be staying here again.

This is a great family and pet friendly home with plenty of space for the family. Ludi was my contact person and responded in minutes. We did not have any issues except for the game room, air hockey and portable basketball was not working. Other than that the place was stocked up with plenty of utensils/cookware and chinaware with TV in every room. We have stayed in this resort a few times and we like how it's accessible to restaurants and shops.

Had a great time in our stay. House was clean and spacious, beds were great, everything we needed including high chair, crib and stroller. We heated the pool which worked out great in March temperature. If we had any issues they were fixed within an hour time. Would recommend staying here again. Chelsea was great!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room and Chelsea was very responsive to minor issue (outdoor light bulb wasn’t working). Resort is beautiful, safe, and very close to the parks. Back yard is the conservation area, so pool is private with a beautiful view of nature.

I enjoyed staying at this home!!! It was amazing. Very spacious!!! It was enough room for all 14 people in my family. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and the kids had a ball!!! It’s close to Walmart and Disney!!! They have dishes, washcloths and towels and the host is always available and responsive!!! We would definitely book her again, such an amazing property. Oh and the clubhouse was fun also. The did movies on the screen at the pool and karaoke night!!! Lots of fun!!!

The home was nice and spacious. Family had splenty of room without being on top of each other. I really enjoyed the downstairs master; very comfortable bed. The few issues that came about, I was able to contact the owner and she had someone come out right away. My family enjoyed the stay.

This was such a wonderful huge house for my family with all the aunts and nieces with their kids. Family fit fine only problem was finding a dry towel bc everyone went swimming. We will be booking again! Was close by Disneyworld for us. The souvenir stores near by my aunts loved them. Walmart close by but never seen such a hectic walmart before.

Great house with plenty of room for a large family. We had 15 people stay for 7 nights in this home with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks and shopping. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do... Parks, shopping, markets all within a short distance. The gated community provided a wonderful safe atmosphere. Beaches are within 2 hours east or west coast. We are looking forward to planning our return this October! Chelsea was a great host who was super attentive and responsive. The house was supplied with clean linens, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Some of the pots and pans were a little worse for wear and could use an update, but other than that it was a great experience.

This is a wonderful home for a family vacation. It's conveniently located near many popular attractions. Our family greatly enjoyed the pool and some relaxation time as well. The beds are extremely comfortable, the home is roomy and well furnished in a beautiful resort with green space directly behind providing privacy. Our host, Chelsea was outstanding. SteveGreat Pool Heat
We've rented in Emerald Island for around 20 years. Most of the houses interiors are similar, but we live in upstate NY and have a lot of cold weather. We wanted a place that had a very warm pool (at least 85 degrees) for the two weeks we stayed. Chelsea was extremely accommodating and our pool was perfect. Even though the weather was 70+/- degrees outside our pool was like bath water, even one day it was in the low 60's outside, but that didn't affect our pool heat at all. We swam 11 of the 14 days we were there, the other days we were at Disney. We reached out to 5-10 places and this was the only one that would accommodate us. We've had bad pool heat experiences in the past from other rentals, but not here. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The check-in process was flawless. Great location with west facing backyard onto greenspace and lake. Although we were only one family of 4, there was plenty of room for another family. Emerald Island is an excellent gated community, among the best in Orlando. The house was very clean and spacious with great kitchen amenities. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and accommodating, We would stay here again. Chelsea is a consummate host. ..responsive through the booking process, and followed up while we were there to see if there was anything else we needed. Truly a fantastic experience

From the start I was please with how helpful the owner was, I receive pic per request , reassurance that whatever I needed to be confident in my first house rental she be as helpful as she could, and she was, for that I'm grafeful. The house was fully equipped with enough dishes, small appliances, towels ,etc; it was clean and maintained very homelike, this was a perfect fit for my family of fourteen . It was very roomy and kid friendly.I recommend this home home .

This home was everything we could hope for! Very clean, well equipped, and well maintained, along with comfortable beds. Location on pond was very peaceful. We saw wild turkeys every day, along with a wide variety of other birds. Chelsea was very quick to answer any questions we had. Our family has stayed at Emerald Island several times, but this was our best experience by far. I definitely would want to stay here next time I bring my family down from Chicago. We had our family of 6, as well as 2 guests, and still had room to spare. So close to Orlando parks, as well as only 1-1/2 hours to either coast. We didn't want to leave!

My golf group have been coming to the Kissimmee area for the past 16 years and have stayed at this house for the past 5 years. Chelsea is a pleasure to deal with. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The Pool and Spa area is a great place to hang out after our golf outings. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.
