The northeast-facing swimming pool provides a refreshing place to cool off after a busy day at the theme parks, while the spacious screened lanai and outdoor seating create an inviting setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evenings spent together enjoying the Florida weather.

The adjoining spa provides another place to relax beside the pool but does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
