My condo is an Exquisitely Designed Warm & Comfortable Corner Unit. Balconies both on the front and back of the unit. Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP). ErikGreat location. Walking distance to Tropicana field. Restaurants galore nearby. Steakhouse across street. Publix maybe 3 blocks. Everything you need is under a mile. The unit is on 3rd floor on end made it peaceful all hours of the day. Every amenity for your stay stocked. Would stay there again.

RachelSharon was wonderful. She responded immediately whenever I had a question. We were visiting to attend a concert at Jannus Live. We wanted to find a place close enough that we could walk there. This location was perfect! Close enough to walk to so many things, but the condo was in a quiet area. My favorite thing was being able to sit on the front porch each morning and enjoy my coffee and watch the sun rise above the buildings. I was so impressed with how comfortable the bed was and how immaculate the entire place was. So many personal touches. We enjoyed our stay so much that we definitely want to return when it cools down. Everything about this trip was awesome and Sharon hands down is a spectacular host.

MatsuThis is a great place to stay and the host does little things (wine, coffee, instructions,) that we always appreciate. It also happens to be walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants and even the pier. Highly recommended.

KathyWe loved our stay! The condo was immaculately clean and very well appointed - so many small, thoughtful details. We loved the corner patio nook for our morning coffee and end of the day reading. Very sweet. Great location for walking as it’s about 5 minutes to the restaurant area and 15-25 minutes to most of the museums. Sharon was very easy to communicate with and instructions were very clear.

LewisGreat place to stay, near everything I needed for my work trip. It’s clean and had everything I needed and more. I didn’t spend much time there but it was quiet for the Mon-Wed night that I stayed. Sharon is a great host - conscientious and communicative. I will seek to stay here again.

ThersaVery cute and cozy little space! Just right for one or two people. Great for folks who like coffee and tea! Kitchen has all the stuff necessary and the bathroom was very nice.Be forewarned that it is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs!We were quite content and enjoyed the space. JoanneI loved the condo, it was a Corner unit a lot of privacy and relaxing in the morning outside the unit with beautiful outdoor chairs drinking our coffee. When we arrived and enter the unit its was stunning and spotless and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom including comfy bath robes My husband in I will come back soon! Sharon was our host and very pleasant and professional and was always available if we needed something. I would highly recommend this condo

JamiePlace was clean and Sharon was very communicative and kind. I’m not sure that I’d stay again though because it was very small and not on the best block it seemed. It was easy to walk to Publix or whatever you needed but there were a ton of homeless people around also so that made us a little uncomfortable. Personally I would’ve rather spent the same amount on a nice hotel.

The neighborhood had some pretty amazing restaurants and coffee places within a 5-20 minute walk depending on where you went. The balcony felt so private that I even did yoga outside one morning. All downtown attractions, including the pier, were walkable or quick/cheap uber ride away. NicolleThis apartment is sooo cute, clean and beautifully decorated! We stayed here for one night to see a show at Jannus live and were able to walk to the show and dinner. The location is super convenient to all the fun stuff in downtown st Pete but also far enough away where you can actually have some peace and quiet to sleep. Sharon was such an amazing host! Great communication and super friendly :) this is our go-to spot when we come back now.. I didn’t want to leave!

DestinyPlace was great! Would love to be back! It is 3 story walk up, just an fyi. And it is on a semi-main street so expect to see cars going by and people commuting in general. Parking pass is provided but not necessarily guaranteed, I would plan to walk around or Uber if that is something that stresses you. That’s city life though. We stayed for a show at Jannus and were able to walk to the venue with no issues. A mile away there’s another strip of cool bars and restaurants as well. Overall a very cool place and location!

Walkability to all things St Pete was ideal, and necessities like a grocery store and drugstore are right around the corner. JessicaSharon's place was a comfortable and convenient space to stay near downtown St Petersburg, very walkable to bars, restaurants, and the pier. Only a 20-25min drive to the beaches, and finding parking with the provided permit was pretty easy. Lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment, fully equipped and functional kitchen with all necessary supplies. Bed was very comfy. I would stay here again for sure!

AimeeExtremely clean, centrally-located apartment with a lovely jacuzzi tub! We loved our stay in walking distance to so many of the places we visited. Sharon was easy to communicate with and there were many thoughtful amenities available to guests like bath robes and all sorts of beach supplies! I will mention a few things for future guests: the front and back porches are shared with the entire floor, there’s no dining table at which to comfortably sit and eat, and the check out is on the early side 10am (later check out was possible with a fee). We are looking forward to staying here again!

I parked my car on Sunday and never moved it until I left this morning. Just like the title says I walked to everything. Access was easy and the wall monitor is very helpful providing information about the condo. I would love to revisit.

It's a perfect corner unit which made the outside area private to sit outside and enjoy the weather. NyaunaGreat place for a quick fun stay in St. Pete’s! Positive: Excellent location! Quick walk to bars and restaurants which was a plus for us. Cute, clean, condo perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy the town. Property owner was very nice and attentive. Negative: Condo is on the third floor which makes it very hard to bring up and carry down luggage. Also not a lot of space in condo for luggage. Other than that, it has everything you need.There were also a lot of ants in the bathroom when we arrived. We let the owner know and she quickly sent someone to mitigate the issue. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great!!
