There is a fine for breaking our house rules.

We have a $500 security deposit hold for all bookings.

Please be advised that parking on the grass is not permitted. To help maintain the property.

Pet Rules:

-Max of 1 fur baby under 40lbs., dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in swimming pool.

-Dog must not be left alone (if for a short period, must be crated), can not be let to roam around others property.

-$150 pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.

POOL RULES:

- No life guard on duty swim at your own risk.

- No diving.

- No running.

-No food or glassware in pool or on pool deck.

-No rough play.

- Please pay close attention to your children. Children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool without a parent or Adult guardian in attendance.

- Only 6 people are allowed in the pool per time.

- Only 1 person on ladder at a time.

- We have the pool cleaned once a week.

- If pool needs to be cleaned again during your stay, guests will be responsible for cost.

- We provide a skimmer so guests can remove leaves.

- Pool hours 8am - 9pm.
