From the balcony of our 2-story condo at Summerhouse 439 you can feel the sea breeze and hear the murmur of the surf. You're just a few steps away from a lovely swimming pool and private walkway to the beach. The balcony may become the place you eat most of your meals. Certainly it's a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after dinner or that first cup of coffee in the morning. Always reminding you that the ocean is just yards away, it brings the beauty of the coast right to your doorstep!

Our living and dining area is downstairs, with comfortable seating, a big 46" HD- TV with Blu Ray DVD player, a fully appointed kitchen and a half bath. Enjoy the comfort of the new sofa and love seat as you watch a favorite movie or simply gaze out through the sliding glass door onto the private balcony to the ocean below.

Just beyond the living area is the dining table and breakfast bar. Seated with comfortable chairs, our solid wood dining table can seat up to 6 people. You have free wireless Internet at Summerhouse 439, so bring all your electronics and stay connected!

Even if you're not planning to cook much on this vacation, you'll appreciate the convenience of our fully stocked kitchen, newly updated with beautiful cabinets, quartz counter top and back splash and the latest new Stainless Steel appliances. We've filled the cupboards with pots and pans, dishes and flatware, and gadgets of every description, so no matter what you decide to fix, chances are you'll find all the equipment you need in here! And if this is going to be a dining-out vacation, rely on our coffeemaker to get you started in the morning and our microwave to reheat the leftover goodies. You will have the choice of our drip coffee maker or a one cup coffee maker using K cups.

You'll find a washer and dryer at Summerhouse 439 so pack light and don't worry if the kids drip gelato all over their clothes while you're sightseeing downtown. You can keep everything clean and dry -- including the linens and towels, all of which are provided for you here at Summerhouse 439. We've tried to include all the comforts of home!

Speaking of comfort, the best part of our condo is the sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms here are spacious, soothing, and ultra-comfortable, so everyone gets a great night's sleep and is ready to meet the next day's adventures. The master bedroom pampers you with a new luxurious king-sized bed, TV and DVD player and drop-dead ocean views. You can hear the sea at night from this room, and you'll never tire of the scene outside your window!

The master bedroom also includes a tiled bath, complete with walk-in shower, and vanity . As exciting as St. Augustine is, you may not want to leave your inner sanctum in the morning!

The second bedroom has a tropical motif with 2 twin beds, another TV and a lovely pastel décor that calms even the most keyed-up children. This bedroom is convenient to the second full bathroom. And if you need to sleep a few more folks, there is a queen size sofa bed.

There are 2½ baths at Summerhouse 439, with both bathtub and shower options. Massaging showerheads are a nice little perk in both baths. And you'll find all of the fresh towels, linens, blankets, and pillows you need provided for you here at our condo. Don't pack a thing for the house -- we've got it covered!

The best part about our condo is its location. The Summerhouse complex is large, yet the individual condos have plenty of privacy and quiet. There are tons of amenities here -- no fewer than 4 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, 4 racquetball courts, and even storage facilities for small boats! Crescent Beach is just over the dunes from your front door, with excellent shelling, sugary sands, and spectacular sunrises. This is a great place to boogie board, surf, or simply sit with your toes in the water, feeling every ounce of stress leave your body! The wide sands are great for the kids, too -- there's space for everything from flying kites to playing bocce ball.Come stay at Summerhouse 439 for your next St. Augustine vacation.
