Everyone will enjoy collecting shells, finding shark teeth, watching the award-winning sand castle being erected, or simply taking a swim on this mostly private beach.
Entering this craftsmen-decorator-styled beach home you will see a stylish designed kitchen. Glance at the glass wall-to-wall sliders in both the living room and in each bedroom, excellent for ocean viewing. Admire the hand-cut glass stained window above the door. The open floor plan stretches from the spacious kitchen to the large covered oceanfront eat-in porch, great for entertaining and making your dream vacation complete. It’s no wonder we have only five star reviews as we provide a wealth of amenities for your fun and relaxation.
Vilano beach is a community located two minutes from historical St Augustine, one hour from Jacksonville and two hours from Disney door-to-door. Within walking distance we have a brand new town center that holds a large grocery store, a fishing pier, and five restaurant, most providing live music.

Our beach is wide, sandy, quiet. There are no big crowds, even on the busiest summer weekends! The Sundancer is so comfortable and pretty that you may never want to leave!

The Seranata Beach Club is located 1 mile north of the home for additional charge. The cost of a tenant membership is currently $230 per week +6% tax for up to 10 people plus toddlers staying in your vacation property.
You can enjoy daily dolphin sightings as you eat breakfast or relax over a cocktail.
Collect shark teeth and shells during the day. Last year we had two turtle nests in front of our home. One family was lucky enough to see it!
The home is close to many golf courses.
Downtown historic St. Augustine is just five minutes away, as is World Golf Village.
Disney World is just 90 minutes away.
40 minutes to Daytona and 45 minutes to Jacksonville.

Beachfront, decorated for Christmas including bedroom coverlet and pillows. Just a short drive to historic district of St. Augustine to enjoy the “Nights of Lights”. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly want or use. Very clean and very responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Located right on the oceanfront, the Sundance provided the sound of the sea, with the smell of the ocean air and wind on your face, it's hard not to be relaxed and at peace with the world. Located just a few minutes from Old Town St Augustine, the holiday lights, great restaurants and shopping are close by. We spent Mon-Fri here, and actually 2 of those days just enjoying the house and beach. Quick replies from the owner, float in toilet repaired quickly, was truly a positive experience. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise.

Our family vacation included a 4 night stay in this house. The property manager was quick to respond to each email or text and was easy to work with. The location was great... Away from the tourist busyness but a quick drive to everything. The porches were both used extensively for relaxing, visiting, and perfect quiet coffee time. Kids could play on the beach right out the back door. The open concept was definitely our style with the large kitchen and bar countertop which included plenty of seating for everyone. The rooms were very comfortable and this home lacked nothing. Clean and we'll equipped. Highly recommend!

This was the best break ever!! The home is right on the ocean. Very beautiful furnishings and clean!! It was truly a nice get away and will definitely stay again. The owner is wonderful. She answered any questions that I may have had. Very nice quiet beach. The views from this home are absolutely incredible.

We just returned from a week long stay at this home and it was perfect in every way. The owner was always available to assist (although we rarely needed anything). The home was beautiful--clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds and amazing views. It was so nice to be so close to the ocean--our kids could go play in the sand while we watched from deck. The beach wasn't crowded at all and we felt safe the entire time. Publix is a quick 2 minute drive which was nice since we cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The washer and dryer were great and used quite a bit for our family of 5. Downtown was a quick 10 minute drive and we enjoyed going there for shopping, Pirate Museum and Eco Boat Tour. Our family only has positive things to say about this home and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The beach location was awesome and the house was perfect for us. The house was clean and well prepared and everything was in order. Close to the Old City and lots of restaurants. The grocery store was a 2 minute drive which was very handy. Reservation, check-in, and check-out were easy. We stayed two weeks and should have planned to stay longer!

5/5 stars for this beach home! Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels, nice linens, and what a beautiful view! We enjoyed walks on the beach everyday which were very easy because of direct beach access. This home has a covered balcony AND patio which makes sitting outside on a sunny or rainy day very pleasant! The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked very well which was super nice because we had a lot of laundry and dishes with a one year old. We saw dolphins, sting rays, plenty of fish and many different types of birds. One of our favorite things to do in the afternoon was to sit on the rocking chairs on the balcony and look at the ocean. The beach is NOT busy and we felt super safe! We will definitely be back.

After a long search for a home in the perfect location that included everything that my group of 6 (3 adults and 3 teens) needed, this was absolutely the perfect choice. The home has a beautiful view from the covered deck as well as from every room in this very clean and organized home. The sunrise was spectacular! The walk to the beach was just steps away from the home. The home is within 5 miles of downtown St Augustine. The city is amazing with lots to see and do. The home is without question a 5 star! I absolutely would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely have a return stay in this home.

The home was great and the owner was so helpful. Had everything we needed for a fun week at the beach. Very clean and modern. The owner/manager was quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We would stay here again!
