Unique Benefits

This is not a cookie cutter house built on a tiny lot to be a short term rental. This is a custom built home built for a family on a double lot (largest lot in St. Augustine) and we have curated it be an experience for our guests!

You truly can come and have a blast all week with never leaving (although we highly recommend you do as there is so much to enjoy in St. Augustine!).

Why Kids Love It

They are never bored! Between the pool, outdoor life size games, putting green, indoor board games and arcades it a winner! Oh and the custom made bunk beds are always a real winner. Oh - and did I mention the Ninja slushy machine?

Area Information

Casa del Sol is in the PERFECT location. You can walk to the beach at the end of the street to watch the sunrise and walk to the intercoastal waterway to watch epic sunsets at night! The beach is semi-private all year round since it can only be accessed by those who can walk there.

Downtown is a 10 minute short drive away. We have 3 restaurants you can walk to from our home and several more within 5 minute drive.

We also have a boat launch, Guana Reserve, and the Vilano Pier all within 5-7 minutes away.

Enjoy the gorgeous, quiet neighborhood by foot, bike, or golf cart! Every home is beautiful on Vilano and accented by beautiful old oak trees down every street, which cannot be found in other areas!
