WyattWould definitely stay again with a large group. The house was super cool. It was secluded quiet neighborhood that was perfectly distanced from anything you might want to do. Check in was easy, The check out was super easy. If I ever plan a trip back to the area that would be my number one choice to stay.

We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool and at night the game room was a big hit with the adults. The location was great. Very close to downtown with lots of restaurants and interesting history of St. Augustine.

Magdy T.We were traveling to play golf, there were 4 adults. It was great that we all had our own room and our own bathroom. There were multiple places to hang out and enjoy ourselves. The screened in porch was great as the nights were warm enough to watch TV outside and enjoy the night air. We did not need anything, but knew that Nicholas and his team were only a call away. If I ever go back to St. Augustine, I will definitely try and stay here again!

DonaldWe really enjoyed this house. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. everything that was advertised was accurate. Lots of room for our group of six and we had some family stop over and with nine people total we never felt crowded.The game room was huge with a good pool table and a golf video game that we had a blast with. we didnt have very good weather so we didnt get to use the pool but it was clean and well kept. the little putting green was also a plus. no one really liked the kitchen stools with no backs but that was our group someone else may like them. washer and dryer looked pretty new and worked perfect. they are speed queen brand. good beds good furniture in living room and game room. tv in every room. loved this place and hope to return.

BarbThe home was great for our family of 8. We loved all the amenities, even jumped in the pool for a polar plunge. The proximity to town was nice. We were able to walk across the bridge and access restaurants and shopping. We loved our time together in your home! We would love to return in the summer season to enjoy the beach and some of the other sites.

RachaelWe had a party of 9 stay for a friends wedding in town. Everything is as pictured and was very tidy and clean. We did have a few issues that could be addressed. 1 - Televisions were a big issue during our whole stay - discovered we had to use Roku app. and then use our own personal sign ons in order to access Netflix, YouTube TV etc., which is fine… But even when we were able to log in the signal was always so weak that we could not watch anything without it constantly buffering. It was such a pain that the men of our party would walk to the bar down the street in order to catch the football game. 2 - There are only 2 temperatures that come out of all sinks and showers - hot or extra hot - no cold water. 3 - WiFi - very weak. 4 - Microwave - could not heat up frozen meals without adding 2 or 3 extra cycles than normal. 5 - Only supplied 1 toilet paper per bathroom - would have been nice to know in advance so we could have been better prepared. Still had a great stay - great space.
