Loved all the walks on the beach, early in the morning and late in the afternoon to see the sunset! Great restaurants nearby!! Our family loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. We were comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities. This condo has beautiful views of the ocean. The close proximity to the beach made it very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset and we appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella to relax by the ocean. Communication with the owner and property manager were excellent. The property manager met us to help us get checked in and the owner was in contact throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The entire building is clean and quiet with nice amenities. This particular unit is comfortable and spacious, and the owners provide a lot of extras to make your stay more enjoyable, especially everything you need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon for hauling all of it). The communication with the owners and the property manager was top-notch. They answered all our questions quickly, from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Overall, a really great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Teresa's condo. It is a beautiful apartment in a gorgeous location. Very quiet, peaceful. We loved the terrace. Everything was easy to find, luxurious furnishings, but safe for 2-year old. Teresa always responded to questions quickly with good advice. We definitely recommend to others who want peace and quiet or more active fun with children.

We really enjoyed our stay. The local management person made check in easy and provided lots of helpful information. The unit is excellently maintained and we enjoyed using the beach chairs and other beach items. It's so nice to sit on the balcony at the end of the day and have a drink. We highly recommend making the short walk to Doreen's for breakfast at least once during your stay.

We stayed here during Hurricane Ian. There was the expected loss of utilities, but that was expected. Our hosts, Teresa and Larry were absolutely wonderful. They kept in communications with us throughout the ordeal. The unit itself is gorgeous and has fabulous views of the beach and the gulf. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We plan to stay here again in the future, and I highly recommend that you stay here too. Thank you Teresa and Larry, for a very memorable stay!

We really enjoyed our time in the Sea Mar Condo. Beautifully decorated with a beach theme and super comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the beach. Best view for the July 4th fireworks for sure. The Sea Mar condo was centrally located and wasn't too far from the beach, shopping, great food, and the grocery store. Super grateful for the beach gear that the owners had available for us to use as we are all from out of state, and not having to buy everything was a big plus. We made many memories in the condo and we hope to stay here another time in the future!

The view from the top is breathtaking! A view of the beach from this is heavenly. From the late summer evening thunderstorms over the Gulf to the midday clear skies you witness from this balcony is just beautiful. This condo was amazing! On the 19th floor, there were fantastic views looking out to the southwest of the beach at Marco Island. This condo has everything you need for days at the beach and has beautiful rooms! Teresa and Larry were quick to respond with any questions and it was a pleasure renting from them. We wanted to thank you for our stay the past few weeks in Tower 4. Your place is delightfully furnished, decorated and themed with great attention to detail and in great taste. We felt completely at home from the moment we set foot in the condo.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, the back closet had great beach paraphernalia, and there were ample linens, towels, etc.
The view from the balcony was really breathtaking. Access to the pool and both beaches was easy.
While it is a little early to make any decisions regarding a return visit, it is very much a possibility and we will be in touch with you if we are interested/able to return next winter. In the meantime, all the best to you both in 2022 – stay safe and healthy!

You will not be disappointed if you stay at one of Teresa’s properties. The views are fabulous, the condo was just like being at home. This will be our go to condo whenever we go to Marco! This was our first time in Marco Island and we will be back! The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. It was clean and stocked with everything you would need! We were grateful for the sturdy wagon that held the high quality chairs and umbrellas for the walk to the beach. I appreciated all the details - nice dishes and glasses, soft sheets, beach towels, the colorful Keurig machine - I could go on and on! Teresa touched base with me as soon as I booked last Winter. I thought that was so professional and made a great first impression. The only disappointment was when we had to leave!

We were very happy with all the accommodations at Sea Mar condo, it was exactly as advertised. It was clean, kitchen well equipped, plenty of sheets and towels. The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze. It was really helpful that there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to bring all your beach gear with you. It was also very helpful that the owners have a book of all the local restaurants with suggestions on where to eat along with menus. That was such a great source for us that we used the whole time. We would stay there again.

This vacation was much earned and much deserved. The hospitality of Teresa and Larry was phenomenal. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We had so much to do just staying at our condo. We sat out on the lanai with coffee or cocktails, went to the pool, or headed to the beach. The condo was spotless. I was worried about the two-step check-in process but it was seamless. My fiancé and I are hooked! We’ll be back soon!

We selected this condo for our first stay on Marco Island because of the views of the gulf, beach, and the ablility to see all of Crescent Beach. The condo was immaculate and supplied with everything a guest could possibly need. We loved fixing our breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen and eating on the large balcony. This was our first trip to Marco Island and definitely won’t be our last! We fell in love with the beautiful condo immediately. We are traveling with our daughter for 5+ weeks while we homeschool/work and it was important to us to feel at home. The Sea Mar Condo exceeded our expectations! It was so clean, cozy and had every home amenity you could need! We loved all the details like fresh drawer liners so you felt great unpacking your personal items to the cozy mats/rugs at the edge of the beds and in front of the sinks. You really felt at home! The view from the condo is absolutely unbelievable!!! We have moved on to another city this week and miss our view from the Sea Mar condo and also the huge balcony (which allowed all of us to work/do school without getting into each other’s space). We also LOVED all the thought they put into stocking their “beach closet” so you have everything for fun days at the beach. The owners have gone above and beyond with the details provided on their website/app with things to do and “how to”....we were blown away! We ate out every day/night and used their website for everything we did. We also went on a couple adventures with recommendations/links provided on their website/app. Teresa was super helpful and responsive when I asked for specific recommendations for some items we were shopping for or places to view the Super Bowl. She is absolutely amazing! The property management team and all the other residents were so friendly during our stay. I highly recommend you stay at Sea Mar Condo! We plan to be back:)

It has everything you need, just bring your clothes and food. It’s super clean and has awesome views from the large lanai. Nicely stocked with personal items for use on hand such as body wash, hand soap, hair dryers etc. Also nice beach equipment for use.

Teresa even emailed me and asked if we’d like a late checkout on Saturday as they had no one checking in....that was fantastic and very much appreciated.

We feel that we have died and gone to heaven... the condo is so beautiful and so peaceful! It is more luxurious than it appeared online and the view was very impressive from the top floor .  You have done such a wonderful job decorating and each time one of us said we needed or forgot something, we found that you had thought of it and provided it! (Even down to the white noise machine.)

Our family was hesitant about making vacation plans during the COVID pandemic.  However, the owners Teresa and Larry were quick to answer any concerns and calmed any fears we had about the possibility that plans could change suddenly or unexpectedly. They were pleasant and transparent, responsive and communicative as we neared the dates for our trip. Marco Island, like many other destinations, has certainly been affected by new government mandates and standards. The island is still amazing and delivered the relaxing experience we were looking for.

After having to reroute our European vacation due to Covid-19, we found this wonderful condo. Space is lovely and comfortable providing any amenity needed for a relaxing vacation on the beach. Teresa was so helpful and even sent us toilet paper when none could be found on the Island. We ended up staying an extra week and it was the perfect calm in the storm.

We return to this condo each year in February and it is consistently well maintained and well managed. The condo is lovely and the view is amazing. It is on the northern end of the beach which is great for shelling and beautiful beach walks. The condo is equipped with all the things you would need for a day on the beach including beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. The balcony is huge and the outdoor furniture is comfortable for enjoying a meal or cocktail outside while taking in the beach view or just relaxing. It is especially beautiful out on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee.

We were so impressed with the condo when we arrived at South Seas. The unit was spotless. The interior design and decorating was very tastefully done. The kitchen provided a full array of cookware and essential tools that enabled us to enjoy cooking meals. There was a surplus of towels and linens provided for our use. We loved the view from the balcony, which had ample outdoor furniture. The South Seas Resort is a very safe and secure property. The most important element in renting this unit was the clear communication with the owners. We were always in touch with one another and I felt like we were renting from a friend. Staying on the 19th floor in Teresa's place was luxurious! From the sparkling floors to the vast views from the balcony, we had found a little bit of paradise. Everything was ready for us including the coffee makers, board games, comfy beds with high thread count linens and everything we would need for a week at the beach. This was our fourth year visiting Marco Island at peak season and this unit is it's own oasis. It was nice to relax in a clean rental to read, get fresh seafood for meals while enjoying family.

We have rented several condos on Marco Island in the past, but this was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It was clean and had all of the amenities one would expect. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and pool. It was the perfect week for a quiet and restful vacation.

This condo was so nicely furnished and decorated it looked like something out of HGTV, it felt so luxurious to stay there. It was very clean. The owner emailed ahead of time to give us all the codes we might need and that personal touch was greatly appreciated. The ocean view was so beautiful we spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the view and the nice weather. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need and a lot of everyday things like spices, coffee filters, storage bags etc. The linen closet was stocked for an army with bath towels and beach towels. The cart to take your things to the beach was extremely helpful and there was a variety of chairs and umbrellas to choose from, even an ice chest and bungee cords to strap additional stuff on. The staff of the condo association was very helpful. I just can't say enough good things about the place. This was our first ever Florida vacation and this just made for a great one. No doubt where we will be staying on our next trip to Florida.

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time this past week. We ate almost all of our meals out on the balcony, we managed to catch a sunset right in to the water which we have been trying to do for years and clouds always come up the last minute.

I loved walking the beach, especially north past the shell trees. It’s such a different look.
The pool was great too. Always a chair available and the water temp was perfect.
The key rings in the living room are great! What a cute idea.
Although we didn’t do much cooking the kitchen was like being at home. Great assortment of pots, pans, spices, baggies, plastic wrap etc.
We slept great and ate well! The book on the coffee table with menus and suggestions came in handy.

THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN MARCO ISLAND! We stayed as a family with a 5 year old but every version of traveler would love this home! They have been very thoughtful of all the needs of guests. EVERY TIME we said “wouldn’t it be nice if they had” and they did! We saved many dollars not having to buy anything and being able to eat in as we liked. Th location is close to everything! Be sure to walk to the sand bar, 500 feet to the right at low tide. Water shoes are a must for walking on all the shells!

The owners have put a lot of thought into the unit decorations and the overall comfort of the renters. The weather was awesome and beach walks with shelling were a daily activity. We truly enjoyed our stay in Marco, and the Sea Mar Condo was just perfect for our family. The views were lovely, and the condo was warm and welcoming. It was bright and airy, very clean, and the lanai was very large and a great place to have a cup of coffee. There are so many things to do on Marco, and we made the most out of every day. Teresa and Larry’s recommendations were great, and it was fun to explore “non-touristy” areas on the island. The walk from the condo to the surf is a bit long, but there is an awesome caddy for hauling all of your beach gear with you. We found awesome shells and made amazing memories. Teresa was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We strongly recommend a vacation on Marco, and especially in this condo! It was awesome.

This is the 1st time we have stayed in this unit although we have stayed in the complex previously. The unit was lovely with both bedrooms and the living room with floor to ceiling windows in all three rooms. We walked into the the smell of lemon clean freshness. Units was one of the best furnished, and most well stocked we have ever stayed in. Teresa and her Management Team would not have been more welcoming or more accommodating during our 2 week stay. The unit is on the top floor, with welcome morning sun on the patio during our March stay, very close to elevator and laundry. I would highly recommend this unit, this complex, and Marco Island if you are considering a Florida vacation.

Wonderful stay!! My 70 year old mother and I enjoyed a week long stay in December. We flew into Fort Meyers and rented a car. It took about 50 minutes to reach Marco Island. Picked up our keys for the condo from Marco Island Reality which was easy to find. The woman there was very sweet and helpful! Took another 10 minutes to reach the condo from the reality office. The guard at the gate to South Seas was very funny and helpful. He gave us a temporary parking pass since we arrived after 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and there is no check in again until Monday. If you arrive on a Saturday evening you have to park on the outside of the building with a temporary parking pass for a day until you can check in on Monday morning. At that time you buy a $25.00 parking pass and park under a covered parking area. Everyone including the property manager, owner, staff, residents, and workers on the island were all very helpful and friendly. The condo was very clean and quiet. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a cooler in the condo which all come in handy. This condo is on the 19th floor but was very easy to get in and out of. There was an elevator at the end of the hall that you had to wait very little time for. The view from the balcony was amazing. The sunrise and sunset views are picture perfect. Enjoyed breakfast and coffee out on the balcony every morning. There is a very nice and clean swimming pool and exercise facility. South Seas is a gated largely retirement community which is very private and quiet. I am a mom of two teenagers (they stayed home this trip) so I think kids may not enjoy it here as much since they do have a large list of rules to follow. That being said I completely enjoyed myself because I could read, relax, and enjoy time pass by without interruption. Marco has wonderful little restaurants all over with a variety of food. There are several nice little shops, grocery stores, and gas stations. I found it easy to navigate around the island in my car or on foot. If you are looking for more activities, nearby Naples is only about a 20 minute drive. The beach here is amazing!! The best part of the stay were the long walks on the beach. White clean sand and the shelling is WOW–let’s just say you won’t be disappointed!! If you are looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation on the beach you won’t be disappointed with Marco Island. I would go back in a heartbeart!!

What can I say, the Sea Mar Condo is simply amazing! We just spent a week on Marco Island and the 19th floor condo with its sweeping views of Crescent Beach and the Gulf of Mexico is a fantastic vacation retreat. The condo itself was well decorated with upgraded finishes and was the perfect size for my wife and I along with our two kids both under the age of three. Gulf views from every room and the over-sized balcony are an added bonus. The pool area is great and the white, sandy beach with its wonderful assortment of seashells is beautiful! The owners of the condo were a pleasure to work with and have done a tremendous job with the property. This was our first trip to Marco Island and the Sea Mar Condo, but it certainly won’t be our last! If you’re looking to make memories for a lifetime, then Sea Mar Condo is your must stay destination!

We truly had an amazing time at Marco Island! It was everything we expected and more! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and newly furnished. It had everything we needed from towels to beach equipment to kitchen supplies. Its oceanfront view was one of a kind! We are surely coming back for more soon!

We had a blast on Marco Island. The condo was amazing and incredibly clean and included everything we could possibly need. Even being on the 19th floor we never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator and the view is worth the price of admission. The pool and fitness room were great and never crowded for the week we stayed. Restaurants, shopping and a movie theater are close by since it is a small island. A 20 minute ride to Naples puts you in the middle of even more entertainment. This is also a good spot if you want to venture into the Everglades. There is so much to do on and around Marco Island! I will be recommending this condo to my friends and family. My wife and I brought our daughter and grandson on this trip and we were quite comfortable. A sofa bed in the living area could have accommodated 2 more, which may happen next time. Thanks for a great stay!

What an exceptional first visit to Marco Island. Location is ideal, a short walk to all the water activities. The 19th floor view is spectacular-especially for the the July 4th fireworks. As much, or as little to do as anyone would want. Accommodations were superb-plenty of room, well appointed. There was nothing we needed, that hadn’t been thought of. TigerTail Beach is a must see. The owner, Tony, helped us with our first SUP and kayak!

My first visit to Marco Island was wonderful. Loved the view from the 19th floor of Crescent Beach. We could see the ocean from our beautifully decorated rooms -crisp light colors-so beachy. Having my coffee on the balcony in the mornings before everybody started stirring,was a great way to start my day. Tanning at the uncrowded pool or walking on the beach was one of my major activities. I was so proud of myself the day I was adventurous and forded the lagoon at Tigertail Beach. The shelling was the best ever. I found my first full sand dollar.

The dining was exceptional. My favorite was the crab cakes at Apollo’s Sunset Grille. My photos from there of the sunset on a stormy evening are beautiful. I plan to enlarge and frame a couple. I enjoyed browsing the shops at 5th Ave in Naples and having ice cream at Kilwin’s one night. I hope to vacation again there soon. One week just wasn’t long enough to do everything. I’m going to recommend your condo to my family and friends. Thanks for a great vacation.

Our vacation at Tower 4 #1907 was an awesome week. The condo has been recently updated and was perfect for our family (2 college daughters). The beach was pristine and was an absolute seashell heaven for collecting. We even saw a manatee one morning right off the beach! There are numerous quaint places to eat nearby and we enjoyed driving around the island neighborhoods looking at homes. Overall a very relaxing vacation and highly recommended.

This condo is the perfect place for a vacation. It’s on the 19th floor, and the view is gorgeous. It’s also located near the best shelling area of the beach. It is newly decorated, beautiful inside and on the balcony. There’s plenty of room for six people. It comes with everything you could need, including great beach gear. There were plenty of linens. The pool is also exceptional. Sunsets on the island are the best, and so is the fresh seafood. The owners are so nice, and I hope to stay again soon!!

Our stay at Marco Island was one our best family vacations! My husband and I spent the week with our 4 teenagers and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo was beautiful and the views from every room were incredible. We were able to pack light because the condo came with every need and want, from linens and towels, to kitchen accessories and beach gear. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas almost every day and with 6 of us I was so happy to find enough extra towels for everyone. The convenience of the laundry facilities were so nice too! It made for such a stress free and relaxing week! Thank you for opening up your beautiful condo to our family, we will definitely keep your listing!

Marco beach vacation in lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with long balcony on 19th floor overlooking the beach and mangrove lake area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to town and restaurants. Tennis/secure entry/beach access/pool (closes at dusk). Unit by elevator which was great, no noise. Living room wall mirror let Mom watch TV or beach view while cooking–unique! Beach chairs/etc. all there for your use. Pull out couch actually sleepable–that’s a first! Easy access wifi. Property management was no fuss, no muss and owners are super nice and accommodating. Parking available.

Very nice condo, nicely furnished. Beautiful view of the gulf. Kitchen had pretty much every pot, pan, and gadget that you might need on a short stay. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. The beach cart, umbrellas, and chairs were awesome. Owners are nice as was the staff at the property management company. Nice place. Need a car though.

We stayed in this condo Jan 23-30, 2016. Probably one of the best-equipped condos ever. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want or need. The condo was very nicely furnished and exactly as represented. The beach equipment was an unexpected plus, complete with beach towels and toys. If there was a drawback, it was that there was no washer/dryer in the condo. This is the first time, in over 45 years, that we’ve ever had to pay to do our laundry. Other than that, everything was perfect.
