This spacious tropical condo is right across the street from the beach. The condo sleeps five with a king size bed, queen size bed, twin bed, sleeper couch as well as two full bathrooms. The unit is loaded with flat screen TV's in each room, fast WiFi, a patio and dishwasher.
Free covered parking, heated pool, tennis court and an awesome location to the beach and tourist plaza is also included.
There's a closet full of coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart & more. I always start & stop my rentals on a Saturday.

ADDITIONAL CONDO: This two bedroom two bath condo is directly across the street from the beach on Marco Island, Florida. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between every rental. From the front door to the beachfront it's less than a 5- minute walk and that's caring the beach chairs., which you don't have to because there is a beach cart!! The Essex condo is located at 86 S. Collier Blvd @ /2 mile south of the Marriott Hotel. It is located on the 2nd floor of a five- story building and is an end unit. The unit overlooks the pool and from the living room and screened in lanai you have a slight view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo sleeps 5 and has a king size bed in the master bedroom, single in the second bedroom and one double bed. The unit has free wireless Internet, 3 TVs / DVD, CD stereo system, full size washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, all pots, pans, utensils, etc). The condo comes equipped with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to the beach, lots of kid beach toys (rafts, noodles, boogie boards, buckets, etc..), iron, and ironing board. There is a screened in lanai with table and chairs, you have a pool, tennis court, elevator, and covered parking. All you have to do is bring your swimsuit and you are set for a fun filled vacation on Marco Island, Florida.

Lots of beach toys and pool is 30 seconds away and you can watch the kids run from pool to unit without ever getting up!! There is free tennis next to the condo as well.

Cancellation Policy: If you rent 1 week and cancel before 60 days of arrival you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund. If you rent multiple weeks cancellation policy is 90 days

I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. if you rent multiple weeks the rent is due 90 days before arrival. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.

Great vacation spot for a family of 4 or 5. Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Screened in patio a plus. A limited view of the ocean. Easy walk to the public beach access. Condo had all amenities for a beach day (chairs, umbrella and beach buggy). Walking distance to a couple good restaurants and convenience store. Owner Dave has a great information packet. This place is really a great place to stay. Everything you need is right at the condo. A short walk to South Beach to. Tbe beach cart and chairs are also provided and easy to navigate along with everything else you will need for your stay. Super clean and spacious. Will definitely bring using this condo. Scott R.Perfect Condo to Enjoy Marco Island as a Family
The Essex Condo is right across the road from the beach. The condo has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and was perfect for a family of four. The renovations are very nice and add to the charm of condo. The is also a small view of the gulf from the lanai. The walk to the beach is a short and quick. Access to some of the best restaurants along South Collier Blvd are also a short distance. David DySmyter made sure we were in the condo and ensured that we had everything we needed. Great communication from the owner. This was our second stay in this condo, and we plan to visit again real soon!

We were so happy with our stay at the condo! The distance to the beach was just right for our kids (2.5-7.5), the pool made for great playtime when we wanted a change-up from the beach, and the condo itself was really well taken care of. From the kitchen to the beach cart, everything we needed was right there to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We took walks to the nearby restaurants and shops and loved being able to see the water right from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is at the south end of the island just across the street from the beach. It is a quick walk to the south beach public entrance. The unit is newly renovated, so it is very comfortable to stay in. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a window on the side. It overlooks the pool and lets in a lot of light. The updated bathrooms have new vanities, mirrors and showers. There are hard floor surfaces throughout so it can be easily cleaned. They painted the entire unit. The updated kitchen has new cupboards, countertops, and appliances. It feels like cooking at home. All the bedroom furniture is new, as well as the mattresses. The owner is very easy to work with. He responds quickly to texts and e-mails and always reaches out to make sure the unit is ok. The beautiful sunset sky is visible between the buildings. We have been coming to this unit for 10 years and look forward to returning every year.

We recently stayed at this lovely condo () and could not have been happier. Dave was super-easy to communicate with & always got back to us quickly if we had any questions, etc. The condo was super-clean & was even nicer than it appeared in the pictures online. The location was perfect-short walk to the beach & we could see the beautiful sunset from our balcony on the days we weren’t on the beach The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation (my favorite was the beach cart-made it so easy to bring all of our stuff to the beach). I would highly recommend staying here-it was awesome!!

We stayed at The Essex and could not have been more pleased, it was new remodeled with beach colors and theme, 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, they have beach towels, umbrella, all the amenities you need. Great pool literally at the foot of condo. Could not have asked for a better week. Quiet town, great restaurants and shopping near by. The owner so attentive and available. Cannot wait to go back!

Cute condo very close to beach. The king size bed in the master is a plus. Full kitchen if you prefer to eat in. Anything and everything you need for the beach is in the unit. And it is a 5 minute walk to beautiful South Beach! Slight view of the gulf from the kitchen table does not disappoint either. Would definitely recommend to anyone ready for some respite on Marco Island.

If you are looking for a clean unit close to the beach look no further! Great end unit with all the amenities of home. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook your meals if you don't want to go out. Nice view of the gulf from the lanai or kitchen table. Now the good part, you are equipped for the short walk to the beach. High quality umbrella, chairs, buggy and towels. Having laundry in unit is a plus too. King size bed in master was comfy and the shower is spacious. Loved this unit!

First time staying at the Essex in this condo and it was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The unit has all the beach equipment needs for a great day on the beach. Beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped. We loved people watching from the screened in porch. Pool temp was good. Would definitely book this unit again.

This is the second time we’ve book with Dave. I gave him five stars because he has always been very prompt, courteous and quick to answer all my questions. He even remembered who we were and handled our last minute booking like a pro. We stayed in his two bedroom Essex condo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, laundry & the beach. The beach equipment was a very big plus for us since we like to spend a lot of time there. I believe Dave tries to make make you’re trip as carefree as possible by giving you as much information as he can. We are already making plans to go back again next fall.

The first time I rented this condo was in 2007 and it is just as lovely as the first time! The walk to the beach is pleasant. I always see dolphins, collect shells and walk sunrise and sunset. Yes, you can see both! The weather was wonderful this week! The condo has everything for your home away from home! The beds are super comfortable ! The owner is very nice and responds quickly to emails! You will be so happy that you stayed in this piece of paradise!!

The condo is beautiful and very well equipped with everything that we needed on our Marco Island vacation. We actually brought a lot of our beach stuff from home that never left the car. We’ll know better next time because the beach cart, towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella, along with the beach toys that were provided were all we really needed. The beds were super comfortable and the provided linens were great quality. We loved the location on the south end of the the island. The walk isn’t bad to the beach (across the street and down a few blocks) and there are restaurants within walking distance too. Having the view of the pool from the condo and covered parking is also a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

This condo is in an excellent location being that it is right on the beach and walking distance to all the activities. There is a shopping center (my wife loved) as well as various restaurants (I loved) that are less than a mile away from the condo. The condo was spotless and the Owner (David) was very quick with his responses back. Overall, outstanding experience!
