Thank you for your interest in our lovely condominium at Anglers Cove F-301 Marco Island, FL.
FYI recently my daughter and I had the unit remodeled! The bedroom is completely brand new and now has a King size bed plus there are many new items including the Lani chairs, new pictures, lamps and a new electric range. It really turned out beautiful.
Also, this summer we are having the kitchen completely remodeled.
Our beautiful unit is a desirable 3rd floor corner END unit with great views of Marco Bay as well as the pool, tennis courts and Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill.
You can use the stairs right up to the front door of our unit, or use the elevator just a few steps away.
The pay laundry room is located directly across from the entrance to our unit and very convenient.
The heated pools and Jacuzzi’s are great for play and relaxation.
As mentioned, the Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill is on-site right on the bay and serves great food and drinks.
You are minutes away (2-1/2 miles) from the North beach entrance to the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of parking.
Also, the Rose Marina is literally next door to Anglers Cove and has boat rentals and a great gift and apparel shop.

One week minimum bookings.
All weekly bookings start on Saturday.
(7) nights starting Saturday (3:00 PM check in time) and checking out the following Saturday (10:00 AM check out time).
Longer bookings (monthly etc.) start date can be flexible.
Upon arrival, renters should sign in with the Condo Association office at N206. The hours of business are 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Key FOB Renters Agreement
The Renter will be provided two (2) key FOBS to gain access to the Pool, Tennis Courts and outdoor bathrooms between the A &B buildings.
If during their stay the renter loses a Key FOB, the renter will be charged a deactivation fee of $125, and an activation fee of $125 once the FOB is accounted for. If the FOB is never found, there will be an additional fee of $50 to obtained a new FOB.
