Fantastic area with restaurants just on the corner, city hall across the street, and a convenance store less than five-minute walk away. Beach toys and a wagon are included. Come play on our sand and enjoy our warm waters. The famous John's Pass is just ten-minute drive. This home has a fenced in backyard, it doesn't have a view from the backyard, but you get awesome beach views on the beach, incredible sunsets and sunrises. You will get bay and canal views by walking by the street and at the waterfront park across the street from the unit. It is a few steps to great local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. You don't need a car to live there
