Our home is a very rare, private, stand-alone home that sits right on the beach - NOT A CONDO!
No elevator, passcode or shared property to be exposed to!
You can see the Gulf of Mexico and sunset/moonset from every room in the house - the only thing between you and the water's edge is sugar white sand & protective sea-oats! Located in a quiet neighborhood, no loud touristy hotels or establishments nearby!
Huge wrap around deck with large gas grill, patio dining table, chairs & umbrella, outdoor speakers, lighting and shower, and all the beach chairs, towels & toys you need! Our very clean home offers off street parking, private beach access, fully equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, luxury towels and linens for very clean and cozy king & 2 full size beds. Sleeps 4 very comfortably! Cable TV in each room, DVD/Blu Ray, CD player, secure Wi Fi and a SMART TV so you can stream your favorite shows!
Walking distance to great indoor/outdoor restaurants & neighborhood pubs! All you need is your toothbrush & bathing suit...what more do you want?

We had a great time. The location was perfect. Sue was attentive and responded quickly to questions. The house was spotless and fully equipped with all that was needed to cook and enjoy the beach. We loved everything about this rental except that the vacation had to end. :)

What a wonderful home away from home situated on a pristine white sand beach just steps from the Gulf waters – without a doubt this “postage stamp of heaven” is one of a kind! Our family loves this pristine, well equipped (including everything for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, towels, and even beach toys for little ones), adorable, and comfortable cottage. Location is ideal with Clearwater and Saint Pete’s just down the road and Tampa only 35 mins away! The lovely deck is perfect for sunset dinners and there are plenty of fun restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Sue and Tim are terrific landlords – we arrived for a Christmas stay and Sue had the place beautifully decorated – they think of everything! Lucky for us our son just moved to the area for work, so we look forward to many more delightful stays!

We have been coming to this little piece of heaven for 13 years and we love it. The cottage is a special gem and a rare find. We feel blessed to have found it. Tim and Sue are wonderful landlords. They are very accommodating and quick to react to any issues ( which in 13 years have been very few!) The cottage is spotlessly clean and very well cared for. Every year when we come there are new updates and decor. We love sitting on the deck and looking at the gulf and we can walk off the deck onto sand and the beach. The sunsets are beautiful (never two the same) and you can watch them from the deck while sipping a glass of wine. People who walk by on the way to the beach often comment that we have the best place on the beach and we agree! There are great restaurants nearby and close to several golf courses. Largo golf course is our favourite. I am writing this review sitting on the deck with a beer looking at the gulf and I feel so content and fortunate to be here. Thank you Tim and Sue for sharing your little piece of heaven
