About this rental
Come and enjoy our newly remodeled rental . The house is just steps away from the beach..... over the walkway you will be able to enjoy miles of sun and sand! There are two bedrooms (queen and full size with pull out, will sleep 4-6 comfortably). One bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Kitchen has plenty of countertop and cabinet space with all new appliances (dish washer included). Enjoy the comfortable living area to eat a meal, watch some tv, or do a load of laundry in the connected laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. The house has a fenced in backyard. Relax and unwind in the outdoor sitting area or refesh in the outdoor shower . There is a gas grill and plenty of space to chill after a day of fun in the sun.

Great location for families with young children. Nap times and refreshments are always just a short walk back to home base!
Area Information
This area is perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week of relaxation and fun! The ocean is just steps away which provides for a convenient beach day. Watch the sun set within a minute walk from the house. There are a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Enjoy happy hour and fresh sea food right acoss Gulf Blvd. at Seabreeze restaurant. (outdoor dining available) Have a fabulous dinner at Cocowood which is down the block. For a quick nibble or delivery try Beach Pizza. Great pizza, sandwiches, and salads. Perfect for an evening when you have had a late day on the beach. For dessert try Haze Ice Cream in Maderia Beach. Ice cream is homemade and delicious. Closer is the famous Candy Kitchen which is walking distance and provides yummy treats of all kinds!!!! So many places to chose from.
Publix grocery stores have great key lime pie if that is one of your favorites, it is a must try!
Johns Pass is a few miles away which provides shops, bars, and restaurants. This is the place to get some salt water taffy, visit Lori's soap shop, and get your souviners at the Surf Shop.
Busch Gardens amusment park, Tampa Lowery Park Zoo, Clearwater Marine Aquarium are some attractions that are not too far and make for a fun day out.
Clearwater Pier 60 and restaurants, especially Frenchy's on the beach, are a few other favorite attractions. The St. Pete area is also full of shopping and restaurants. There are many opportunities to enjoy the ocean or explore other activities.
The Suncoast Beach Trolley, which has a stop at the end of the street, povides easy transportation from Clearwater to St. Pete's and all the beach towns in between. Download the app or go to the website for schedule/rate information.

About the owner: My family and I have enjoyed our beach house. There have been many memories made here. Being so close to the beach has allowed for many wonderful ocean experiences. We hope that our renters will also enjoy the house and area.
Why this property? We chose this property and area because of the convient location to the beach. The warm weather and sunshine provides the perfect vacation spot! Our chidren have enjoyed playing in the sand and water. The memories made with family and friends is invaluable.

If you’re looking for a beach getaway, this one is pretty perfect! Our host, Marisa, definitely describes the rental perfectly and it did not disappoint. It is lovely, newly renovated and clean with all of the needed amenities. The fenced in backyard offers a quiet retreat including an outdoor shower. It is located in a quiet area however still within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and miles and miles of beautiful sand and beach. The location is awesome - literally steps away from the beach. I’m ready to go back and have already recommended it to a few friends for a perfect getaway! Thank you Marisa for being a wonderful host.

Carmen B.Perfect Beach Getaway
This was the perfect beach getaway for me and a few friends. It fulfilled our every need. The rental is clean, beautifully remodeled and has everything that you need. The white sandy beach is a short walk from the front door. In the back yard you will find beach chairs, floats, umbrellas and a cart to take it all to the beach. The close proximity to the beach is wonderful. You can use the home for a break from the sun, a bathroom stop, libation refill, or a bite to eat. The beach is not crowed, and it’s on a nice stretch of beautiful homes and condominiums. Although, this is a quiet neighborhood, you will find many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream, grocery stores and souvenir shops very close by. The neighborhood is very walkable, or you can take the trolley from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. Marisa, is a wonderful host. I could make this my home, away from home.

Susan C.Fabulous beach stay!
This beach rental was fantastic! Stayed with two friends for a 'girls week' and enjoyed all the rental had to offer. Clean, newly renovated, plenty of space, and literally steps from the beach. We loved the location for the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and just walking and exploring the area. The outdoor area was nice to unwind after a day at the beach, or to use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We loved the kitchen which was perfect for eating in or bringing home dinner for take out. Our host, Marissa, has everything needed for a relaxing place to unwind after a great day enjoying the beach or surrounding areas. The location allows you to run in from the beach for a bite to eat or a break from the sun. We hope to return soon and look forward to staying at this location again.

This beach home is perfect for my husband and I. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach, where you can sit and relax, take a dip and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen has most everything you’ll need. The backyard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with plenty of seating and two grills (charcoal and gas). Also, there’s a nice shower to rinse off after the day at the beach. There are several good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping within walking distance. The location is ideal, in a quieter area yet close to St. Pete’s and Clearwater areas. The host, Marissa, is a very informative, responsive and friendly. I would definitely love to stay at this beach home again and highly recommend it.
