Smoking inside the property and damage to the property may result in a $500 fine. Keep sliding glass doors, windows, doors closed when A/C or Heat is on.
Address of the property is 17819 B Gulf Blvd, Redington Shores, Fl 33708. Guests under the age 23 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Check in is at 3:00 PM or later. In an effort to have houses cleaned in a timely manner, check out is at 10 AM or earlier. 30 minutes prior to arrival, please call my cell, , so that I can give you keys, check your driver's license, and obtain payment when you arrive. Be certain your car does not drip oil. If you need anything that is not in booked property, please call so that I can assist you.
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Do not smoke inside. Do not move furniture around. Do not hang anything on front balconies. Do not dirty walls, doors, and baseboard. Don't let your pet snag on sofa¬¬, chew on pillows or bed sheets. Do not run or jump inside the townhouse/condo, or its balconies/decks. Owner is not liable for injury that may occur in the townhouse/condo, its premises, and balconies/decks. Owner is not responsible for loss of items during stay and after you depart. When departing, leave bed sheets on beds, if you don't need additional towels, don't wash them before departure. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher, start dishwasher.

About the owner: After graduating from college with BA, Psychology major and Sciences minor, I taught physics , biology, and chemistry for 13 years in high school. Afterwards, I worked for MetLife as a financial service representative 23 years. In 2006 , my 84 year old mother and I demolished her aging motel and built 6 waterfront Mediterranean Townhouses.
