The owners have really thought of everything, from a fully stocked kitchen for gourmet meals to a well stocked beach storage and pool toys, beach towels and even a cooler. All you will need is to pack your clothes. Master bedroom is oversized and the master bath has been updated with high end amenities. Second bedroom has king bed with on suite bath and third bedroom features two double beds. The extra large balcony features a dinning table for 6 and comfortable furniture to sit back and enjoy a cocktail watching the most beautiful sunsets or count the dolphins as they swim by. Johns Pass is 4.1 miles from condo and has great boutique shopping and fun things to do. Trolley services can take you north to south on Gulf Blvd all day long. From the location on a quieter portion of beach to the decorative details and well-stocked kitchen, this very clean and organized condo has the makings for a stress-free winter getaway. The eight unit complex is quiet and secure, with gates for both the parking lot/garage and the elevator and stairwells. Guests can enjoy both the quick beach access from the balcony staircase as well as the expansive view of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The owners are extremely pleasant and responsive. A five-star stay!

Thank you for such a well equipped, well thought out, comfortable condo on the beach. The balcony is large and comfortable, the amenities like beach chairs and grill are all great, and the condo is very nicely laid out and decorated, and all beds were very comfortable. Sunsets are spectacular, and the beach steps away cannot be beat for a relaxing time. Thank you again for thinking of everything your guess might need, and for sharing your condo.

This condo really is Paradise on the Beach! The condo is very well equipped and nicely decorated. It is modern and new renovations suit the place beautifully. New appliances and all the household items you will need are here along with very comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms means you will want for nothing during your stay. Every amenity you need is very close by with nice restaurants and plenty of things to do in the Tampa area.One of the quietest areas of the beach is right out front and you can walk for miles. We love it here.We spent 3 month here and the best compliment I can pay is that we have booked again next year!
