And don't forget the private beach, where you can enjoy the soft sand between your toes and take leisurely walks along the water's edge. Our condo is a short 1-2 minute walk to either heated pool, the private beach, small putting green, family park, or access to neighboring Clam Bayou Nature preserve's amazing walking trails. The community is located 6 miles from world renowned St. Pete beaches and is very close to nearby stores such as Publix, Walmart, Wawa and many restaurants.

The beach offers so many different sea birds, shells, and sea life to explore each day as the tide goes out. The beachside pool also allows for both pool swimming and beach swimming without having to relocate!
