Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Condo in the Perfect Location
This beautifully renovated beachfront condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Relax and enjoy the refreshing Direct Gulf of Mexico sea breeze. Our 3-bedroom 2 full bath unit consists of two king bedrooms and one queen room. Each king bedroom has a luxurious "suite style" set up with a sofa. The primary bedroom has slider access to the balcony, ensuite private bath with a double vanity, shower, and walk-in closet. Wake up to the sounds of the salty waves and views of the white sands.
The additional king-suite bedroom has direct private access to the second bathroom, featuring a double vanity and tub/shower. Both king bedrooms have an ottoman that can pull out to use as a single bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed with chair for catching up on a book or comfortably watching your favorite program. All bedrooms have large smart TVs.
The panoramic view from the balcony is sure to provide countless breathtaking sunsets. The roomy balcony has two high-top tables and chairs to soak in the fresh seaside air or enjoy a cold beverage. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, and all the comforts of home sure to make any chef happy to stay in for dinner. Ample grills and outdoor seating for a great BBQ meal. Or after a full day of fun and sun the large round dining table is perfect for take-out and recap the day's adventures.
There is also a dual-purpose granite counter that can be used as a desk workspace or a dry bar to mix your favorite hand-crafted cocktails. The leather living room sofa is spacious enough for all to enjoy, including a 70-inch smart TV perfect for catching the can't-miss action of the big game or watching a movie. There is a full-size laundry unit with a washer and dryer inside the condo. This unit also offers a Pack 'N Play crib and a beach cart with Tommy Bahama chairs for your sunny beach days.
This third-floor condo is located on the south side of the building. The elevator access building offers unmatched amenities: a year-round heated pool, tennis, and pickleball court, all located just steps away from the sand & Gulf of Mexico. LarryGreat staycation for us. Conveniently located right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Very family friendly. Facility was very well maintained and the unit was spotless. Host was very easy to work with and communication was fast. We will be renting this unit again in the future.

Glenda C.We stayed here with family.- 7 of us. It was perfect! Right on the beach, heated pool, plenty of parking, and lots of restaurants nearby. Condo has 8 large beach towels, 4 beach chairs and beach wagon to haul them in, which made going to the beach super easy. Large balcony with table and chairs. The location is amazing - lots to do but not crowded.

Sarah S.We had a fantastic week at the Sea Oats condo! Condo community is clean, quiet and well maintained. The unit itself is very nice with gorgeous views of the gulf from almost every room. A nice patio allows for eating outside or watching the sunsets. Condo has a very nice pool, grill and tennis courts as added amenities. How’s are responsive and answered any questions we had. We hope to return - thank you for a great week!

Tracy A.First off, the facilities are very nice. Pool, which seemed slightly heated--not sure, tennis/pickleball court, 3rd floor, right on a quiet beach. Seemed like just the right spot for adults who want to relax on vacation. Plenty of parking right at the facility. Seemed like mostly retirees at this particular facilty, which suited us extremely well. The condo itself was roomy and clean. There were essentially two master suites, since the 2nd bathroom can be closed off from the main living area (has 2 doors) and adjoins the 2nd bedroom. Perfect for we two couples. A 3rd bedroom and some pull out sofas in the bedrooms make for accomodation of more people, which is also nice. The main living area is open & roomy. Didn't feel cramped. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and large, premium beach towels provided with the unit--so don't worry about bringing those things! Chairs were a nice addition, since this part of the beach doesn have tent/chair rental. Also saves some cash over rentals! We didn't do any cooking, so didn't pay too much attention to the kitchen items, but there was plenty of glassware, silverware. This facility is in a less busy area. It is within walking distance to a local coffee shop & a Dunkin, as well as some good breakfast/lunch spots. Kenny's Dinner right up the street was a good breakfast (and offers lunch, I think)diner. Overall, our group was very happy with our stay & would definitely stay again.

JoyceThe accommodations were fabulous. Just like the pictures, no surprises. We did have to call once because initial code for door lock did not work but answered phone right away, gave me a new code and were inside within one minute. I have stayed many places on the gulf but the beach here is my favorite, it was clean, easily accessible from condo, beautiful view. Pool area very nice with great beach views. Loved the wagon in the unit to transport chairs and etc back and forth to beach. A real working ice maker in the refridge was a nice amenity. I could go on and on, we will definitely be back.

HannahOur family of 8 (four adults, 4 small children) loved this place! Very clean and tidy with plenty of extra linens to use during our stay. The view was lovely and the perfect distance from the beach which is what we specifically were looking for. The beach cart and luxurious beach towels to use were very handy. The heated pool was a bonus for our kids even though the weather was on the cooler side. We appreciated the well maintained property and safe environment. Very glad we found this place for our first time taking all of our children to see the ocean.

SusanWe had a wonderful experience with this location! Very clean and seemed even better than the pictures. Beach view was amazing and steps away. We played pickle ball and loved the heated pool! Our stay was January, so not peak season and pretty quiet. The people above us were heavy footed in the early mornings, but that is the only issue even worth mentioning. Thank you for a great experience!!
