Hi, I would love to be your host for our Florida vacation beachhouse. I have 3 children, currently live in Colorado, and enjoy coming to Florida to relax at the beach and see the occasional rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Pelican point is ideal for families or NASA/Business travelers. Personally, my job allows me to work from home so I go there to work remotely from time to time and have set it up with a high quality workstation. Notes:
(1) In case of cancellation of this private agreement, refund will take place according to the following rules:
a. Initial Deposit is non-refundable. First Half payment is due 60 days before arrival date. Cancellation after that date will have a 50% rebooking charge up until the arrival date.
b. There will be no refunds after occupancy of the rental property has commenced.
(2) Cats are not allowed. All other pets require prior approval. Dogs over 50 lbs will not be allowed.
(3) Garage Space: The small garage is available to use with the agreement that any damage incurred by parking a vehicle inside will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
