This year we celebrated our anniversary and were the first to see Laura's redecorating, our mouths dropped. The house was already beautiful, it is stunning. Our 4th year coming to Sunny Delight, why? Its so beautiful and one of the few in the area that is beach themed without having beach signs all over the place. As soon as you open the door you feel it, yellow backsplash in the kitchen, light, bright and airy! We stay a long time and have never had a bad day!

I cannot recommend this one enough! Bob and Laura are wonderful hosts. After a nightmare of air travel and hours in airports, when we finally arrived to their home, they left a light on and waves on the TV playing in the background, all of the stresses of the day vanished! This place felt like a home away from home, everything you need to get your stay started, especially if you arrive late at night, was thought of and made all the difference for a cozy stay. Places like this with great hosts opening their homes are reasons why I enjoy a vacation rental over a hotel! The best part was by far the fenced in patio to enjoy the beautiful weather the cape had to offer on our trip thanks again!

Sunny Delight is a beautiful place to stay at for a family vacation. Very thoughtfully organized keeping all ages in mind. Nice decor. Board games, TVs, utensils, toiletries etc. essentials were well available and placed. Beach equipment such as bikes, boogie boards, sand toys etc, makes it great for outdoor activities. Laura and Bob are great hosts, very responsive and make you feel homey. Great place to stay and I can come back to this place if I get an opportunity to come back to space coast.

We loved Sunny Delight! It's s beautifully decorated, and it's immaculately clean. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. it is very close to restaurants but not in the hectic part of town. We are definitely coming back!

We stayed only for one night, Christmas night for a cruise out of port Canaveral the next morning. when we arrived at the airport, i realized i didnt print off our cruise boarding passes and was freaking out being Christmas and everything closed for the holiday. Laura was so kind to print them for us and run it over the the airbnb so that we had what we needed the next morning. the place was perfect, perfect location to port, comforting, spacious beds for us all before we squished into a tiny room on the boat. But what my husband and kids found to be the best thing about Bob and Laura's place...the pac-man machine! they all loved playing the entire short time we were there. Laura has thought of everything, truly, my 13 yr old son packed all his clothes with cat hair glued to some of them...laura to the rescue again with her little travel sized lint roller in the bathroom. She truly saved this momma some sanity during a Christmas travel fiasco. Thank you Laura and Bob!

Check out was early, at least it felt like it because the linens were absolutely amazing. That was the best mattress and linens I've ever slept on and I've invested a lot of money in my own. The pillows were great, too! The house is precious and perfect and my only complaint is we didn't have long enough to enjoy every part of it. Laura put a lot into this rental and it's obvious in every way. Extensive instructions and recommendations for local things to do, even up to the day launch information. The beaches within a few blocks and some of the best restaurants are nearby. I will be begging to rent this place again. Next time though, it will be more than for one night! Laura was so nice. We used a few beach towels and I did wash those as a courtesy but it wasn't required. Clean and beautiful outside. One of my top rentals!

Homey little place about 10min walk from the beach. Fun decor sets a great vibe. Nice patio area and lots of beach accessories. Kid friendly. Stocked with coffee. Nice residential location with close access to lots of dining options, groceries, and of course the beach. Beds are comfy. Laundry worked great. Hope to return someday!

Sunny Delight 2 was a beautiful, beachy Florida get away. Everything about our stay was easy. ️ Laura has the amazing ability to decorate, organize and plan for a guests every want and need during their stay. The place was very modern and tastefully decorated with bright colors, ocean motif, plush linens, white twinkling patio lights and stocked with all the comforts of home. My son enjoyed going to the beach with the beach cart and boogie boards. He loved the PAC Man game, beach tic tac toe board and wooden checker board set on the ottoman. I loved everything! It was such a comfortable and enjoyable place to vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the two block walk to the beach easy with the beach cart. The pictures were a perfect representation of the home. It was close to stores, restaurants, Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, etc. The perfect get away! My only complaint was that we only could stay a few days.

Extremely satisfied with my 3 day stay! The timely replies from Laura assisted with my planning and preparation. Entertainment at home can be enjoyed by watching the extensive cable television selection. Others can go out for a bike ride or enjoy the shaded backyard. One bed mattress felt firm while the other felt plush; your preference for a good night rest. Kitchen has everything required to prepare home cooked meals. Thank you again. We were under mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Idalia and since we had just move from cape Canaveral we thought let’s go back! Well, THIS place! We were accommodated beyond our wildest dreams by Laura who made sure we had our needs met! Beautiful little place with wonderful amenities with comfort in mind!! This was a perfect stay for us! One of the best rentals we've ever been too, thankful for Laura and Bob and their hospitality. Tons of little details and thoughtful additions, can't say enough nice things. The neighborhood was cute, short walk to the beach, plenty of small local shops and restaurants. Kennedy Space Center was awesome, and just 20 minutes away. We're definitely coming back for a longer stay, and exploring all of this "spacey" coastal area!

Laura's place was 5 out 5 easily. We could tell this place was different and well taken care of! Super clean, very well located (walking distance from beach), AC was good. The private patio with bbq and the beach items they offer (chairs, beach cart, etc) were good plus. The value for money was okay/little high for 2, but it would definitely be great if we were in 4-5 (there's 2 rooms). Thanks Laura! We definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay. The location was only 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of shops and good restaurants around. The house was perfect. Everything was there to make our stay easier. Laura and Bob have thought of just as much for beach accessories, bathroom and kitchen! They were also very prompt in answering our questions. We want to thank them for everything. Expectations were far and beyond met. My family and I will definitely go back every time we go to Florida. Cape Canaveral is an entire different world compared to where we are from and the location of the home made it that much sweeter. Definitely worth the stay!!

Laura and Bob’s “Sunny Delight” was clean, comfortable and matched the pictures and description exactly. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and is within walking distance to the beach. Laura was extremely responsive, helpful and easy to deal with plus very thoughtful with the welcome goodies. If there was a rating higher than super host, Laura and Bob would get it.
