About the owner: Chad and Nancy, owners, grew up in Michigan and Indiana. We both grew tired of shoveling snow and decided Florida was a good place to move to. Now we want to share our perfect decision with others, if only for a week or two!
Why this property? We chose this property because it is only 200 footsteps from the ocean and we knew it is large enough to share with others trying to find a piece of paradise.

Great experience from day one! We were greeted upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. The hosts were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From keeping the hot tub ready 24/7 to stocking our room with everything we could possible need, the hosts nailed it! The beach was literally steps away, which is what we came for. Everything else was icing on the cake. We loved it so much, we booked again for April. Thanks Nancy and Chad for opening up your home to us and being so kind. We look forward to staying again!
