About this rental
The penthouse condo is my second home and is well cared for with many luxury appointments. Unique features of the penthouse include 20 foot ceilings in the living / dining area and two private bedroom / bathroom suites on two levels. Large master suite on the second level offers a walk in closet, over sized bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and a loft hall area that overlooks the lower level. The condo recently went through major renovations with new LED TVs, baths, kitchen, and tiled patio that overlooks the ocean. The condo is fully equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Amenities include 3 flat screen TVs in both living room and bedrooms, completely furnished kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertops, wireless Internet, and HE washer/dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. I have a terrific housekeeper that keeps the condo immaculate, and no smoking is allowed.
The condo is second closest unit to the beach with ocean views from the bedrooms as well. It is a natural beach area with many wild peacocks that frequent the common areas of the resort. A wooded walking path takes you to a secluded beach away from the buildings. Watch the ships depart Port Canaveral daily from the patio balcony or schedule your visit to watch a Kennedy Space Center launch over the ocean! The complex includes a heated pool, outdoor hot tub, clubhouse and private direct beach access and is one of the closest beachfront resorts to Orlando area attractions including Disney and Universal (50 minute drive away). I believe this condo is the nicest in the resort!
Rental is by the week Saturday to Saturday.

Why this property? The penthouse attracted me due to the unique architecture. The living and dining areas have two story high ceilings and the loft has a view of the lower level. Because of the separate levels, each queen bedroom suite offers privacy. The view from the patio is unique with no balcony above giving you a full view of the ocean and the sky.
The condo is the second closest to the beach.

I want to start off by saying Pat Condo owner did An excellent job explaining our transaction.No problems at all. concerning the location of the Condo; it is situated on an uncrowded beach!. From the balcony there is an excellent Ocean view. There is plenty of space because it is a two story condo. It was very clean; and well stocked with everything you might need for your stay. My wife and I have stayed in other condos in Florida.This Condo is the absolute nicest and spacious place We have stayed!! If you’re looking for a great Condo in a very private and quiet location; this place is for you!!!

Stayed on the beach at Cape Canaveral in a modern up-to-date 2 story condo. Condo is nicely furnished 2 (master is a loft area with a full bathroom) bedroom , 2 bath. Nice views from the balcony Northeast toward the jetty heading into Port Canaveral. About 10 minute drive to some very nice restaurants in the port area and about 15 minutes south to Cocoa Beach restaurants and activities.

Upon on walking in it went straight to a "WOW" Factor. VERY VERY clean and well appointed. This is an updated condo with everything well taken care of and current. We went out on the balcony and looked to our right and there was the ocean and beach. Great place to have a cup of coffee when the sun is coming up. I have stayed in several throughout the years and this is definitely top 3 easily. We like our vacations to be somewhat quiet. This was prime for that. The pool was nice and walking through the natural area to the beach was wonderful. We had gated access to a very quiet area of the beach. We saw several sea turtle nests. We took a walk down the street and within 5 minutes there were Peacocks everywhere! Absolutely Beautiful! Its just minutes to everything including the Port which is a must see. Several local restaurants within minutes as well as the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jons Surf shop. If you like Italian food including pizza my recommendation would be Pappa Vitos. You are a short drive from Kennedy Space Center as well. In closing...The condo is a 10 out 10.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The view from thebalcony was perfect to watch the rocket launch. Close to Cape Canaveral and cocoa beach. The complex and pool area was perfect.

One of the best things about our stay was the wonderful space in and out of the condo. There are two floors of spacious living area, full kitchen and the wrap around balcony is awesome. From sunrise to moon set, we had the best views of the ocean, beach and night sky. From the balcony, I felt like I could touch the stars. The condo is beautifully & comfortably decorated, well maintained and very clean. Bedrooms are well appointed and spacious with plenty of closet room for our two week stay. The surrounding area is quiet and allowed us to rest and relax on our much needed vacation.We had an all around 5 star stay!

Megan M.Amazing Condo in Quiet Resort, Fantastic Owners
This is our third time staying in this resort community and our second time renting from these owners. We love the complex because it's small (no highrise) and quiet. The community has a nice pool and hot tub area and direct beach access. The beach isn't packed with people, but you are close to everything - the port, restaurants, shops, Jetty Park, and the pier. You are less than 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and the condo provides a nice view of rocket launches. A quick jump onto 528 and you can be over at Orlando and all it has to offer easily.The condo is wonderful! We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. The entire space is updated and well-maintained. There was more than enough space for us and our two kids to spread out and not be in each other's way. The condo was well-stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs which was much appreciated (less for me to pack). There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which really helps with younger kids. The owners are thoughtful and had a welcome basket for us, which we very much enjoyed.A word on the owners - this is the second time we have rented from them. We previously stayed in their one-bedroom unit. They are responsive and easy to work with. We had a possible plumbing issue when we were there and the owner who is local came out and looked at everything and checked in with us to make sure the problem was resolved. I very much appreciate the care they take with this unit and how reasonable the price is. I've seen other units in the complex that aren't nearly as nice that charge more. For us, it's worth every penny we pay to stay in a beautiful unit and work with these owners. We will definitely be back again!
