About this rental
This condo is my second home and is well cared for with many luxury appointments. Unique features of the condo include a recently redesigned luxury bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The end unit offers many windows and lots of light. Unique layout offers a extra sunroom with desk for your laptop and provides a spacious feel that opens to an outdoor wraparound patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Amenities include 2 flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom, wireless Internet, and a washer and dryer facility just outside. I have a terrific housekeeper that keeps the condo immaculate, and no smoking is allowed.
Rental is by the week, with Saturday check in and Saturday check out.
Unique Benefits
The condo is especially convenient for guests with mobility issues as you can park just a few steps from the front door. It is a natural beach area with many wild peacocks that frequent the common areas of the resort. A wooded walking path takes you to a secluded beach away from the buildings. Condo is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday.

Area Information
Watch the cruise ships depart Port Canaveral daily from the beach or schedule your visit to watch a Space Center launch over the ocean! The complex includes a heated pool, outdoor whirlpool spa, clubhouse and private direct beach access and is one of the closest beachfront resorts to Orlando area attractions including Disney and Universal (50 minute drive away). I truly believe this condo is one of the nicest in the resort!

Why this property? We have many unique amenities including outdoor whirlpool spa, clubhouse and elevated gazebos near the pool that provide nice views of the surrounding beach.
The condo is unique in that you can park right in front of the entrance which is both super convenient and great for people with mobility issues.

We stayed at Royal Mansions for month of February. Our condo was wonderful- very comfortable, well equipped and great bathtub! Will definitely come again. The complex is doing construction so that was disturbing but hopefully when we return, it will look sparking new.

the perfect florida stay has to do with personal tastes.this condo was ideal for our needs, with beach access, plenty of good walking areas, both on the beach and street. as, all that we could want in services were easily accessible.

I felt at home in Florida as soon as I walked in. The condo is handsomely furnished and maintained as if its caring owners live there. It's super-clean and has a great layout with bath/bedroom/dressing room isolated for comfort and privacy. Kitchen and living room are great, too, and from the front patio, you can always see peacocks. Development is beach-front with a nice pool and hot tub. Neighborhood is quiet, and comfortable, for walking and biking, but not far from city amenities in Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach like good restaurants/diners, Publix Groceries, etc.

Beautiful condo - watching cruise ships sail by, relaxing and fun. A great time at the beach! Condo has everything you would need and convenient to Disney and Universal, about 1 hour away.
