For off-season/summer rentals -- Longer-term stays of 4 months preferred, and significant discounts provided for stays within that range. Corporate/Travel Nurse tenants preferred, but open to considering others also.

Great views of the Kennedy Space Center rocket launches, with the Space Center only minutes away. 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. Only blocks from Port Canaveral and numerous bars/restaurants.

$1000 deposit required to reserve unit. (First and Last's month rent required at move-in.) $1000 reserve deposit will also act as security deposit, and will be refunded upon departure if there is no damage to unit or items/furnishings within unit.
If unit is left as clean as upon move-in (or close), no cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fee will only be deducted from security deposit if unit is left less clean than received.
First and last month's rent due at move-in. Discount for up-front payment of full term lease amount.

About the owner: I am a semi-retired attorney who bought my Canaveral condo because of the proximity to the beach, and a nice surf break. The beach is only a short block/walk from the condo.
I like to travel to other destinations in January/February, so decided to share my place with other people during those months, so they could also enjoy it.
I also snow-bird in Michigan from May-October, so I rent out the condo during that period also, at lower off-season rates.
Why this property? This unit was fully renovated before I purchased it, with modern, stainless appliances, new tile flooring, new HVAC, and new decorative tile in the walk-in shower.
The complex is quiet and well-kept/managed by a family that owns multiple units in the complex. It is very solid construction, with new hurricane windows.
The beach is only steps from the complex, and you can hear the surf at night through the bedroom window.
There is ample shopping and bars/restaurants nearby, as well as golf, windsurfing, Golf & Gator putt-putt, etc. Also very cool state/national park areas within an hour, along with Orlando and all its theme parks.
Great place to spend January/February, or the off-season.
