Why this property? We always wanted to have a place at the beach so we can enjoy the summer with the family and close friends.
Not too far away but still a complete change from the city craziness and Daytona Shores offers it all.
We fell in love with the area years ago and we've been enjoying the summer since then.

The 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable and clean. Jose and Ana have done a nice job with updating it. Our landlords made every effort in making us comfortable and welcoming us back to stay again. The building is very secure so no one can get into building or pool area without key. The location is extremely convenient with Publix across the street. Being on the Ocean and view was something we totally enjoyed. Being on the top floor gave us a spectacular view of both the ocean and the inter coastal waters across the street. Unfortunately due to the hurricane it was very sad walking the beach and seeing the devastation. We were unable to use the steps to the beach from the condo due to the damage which was disappointing but they are in the process of repairing them now. I have to admit I was a little disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated only for a short period of our stay. We have been told that there will be a few changes next year in the bathroom and the guest bedroom which will be a huge improvement . All in All we have been very happy with this condo and these landlords and would highly recommend them.

Nancy K B.Wonderful winter getaway
The location is breath taking as you look up and down the greatest beach in the world. The condo is extremely beautiful with all the amities necessary for a fun vacation in the sun. Supermarket and drug store along with an executive golf course are across the street. The owners are an extremely helpful couple with any questions we had for them. We had a great time at this property.
