Welcome to this cozy, yet spacious, ocean front condo. As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by beautiful beach view of the no-drive, spectacular blue ocean and frothy waves. You will find a spacious dining and living area, with reclining couch and oversized, poofy, full body chair. A large, 75 inch TV, allows for movie nights or when you need a break from viewing the beautiful beach scene. A large, remodeled and fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of room for meal prep and cooking as a family, and includes everything needed: dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and keurig coffee maker. Also provided are a small crockpot, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, storage containers, and cooking utensils. In the hallway, you will have access to a washer/dryer. There is a spare bathroom which attaches to Spare bedroom which has the comforts of 2 queen beds and furniture and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a small office area, an oversized walk-in closet, and a beautifully remodeled bathroom. Each bedroom has their own balcony, enjoy beautiful sunrises from the living room/kitchen balcony and sunsets from the bedroom balconies. The building offers heated pool, easy access to beach, sauna, spa, and small gym. Safety is provided via cameras and need of FOBS to enter any door, including from the beach.

This corner units features an almost wrap around balcony. The first balcony stretches from the East side of the master bedroom, past the kitchen, and adjacent to the living room, encompassing the entire east/south corners of the unit. Beautiful sunrises in the mornings, with occasional views of dolphins in AM and dusk. In addition, the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have individual balconies facing the Intracoastal, so you can watch boats and yachts sail by along with amazing sunsets. The building itself is pure luxury, with high end amenities, beautiful lobby, and top notch security. There is an underground garage for ease of loading/unloading as well as added security.

Why Kids Love It

A beautiful pool with easy access to beach, allows the kiddos to move back and forth from varying water play areas. The condo is in close proximity to Ponce Inlet lighthouse and Ponce Inlet turtle sanctuary. To the North is Daytona Lagoon for even more water play and adventure. Theme parks such as Sea World, Disney, and Universal Studios are within one to 1 1/2 hours from condo.

Area Information

Welcome to beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Walking or bike riding distances to restaurants and shops. This area is quiet and far enough from the hustle and bustle and crowd of Daytona Beach; but close enough to enjoy the atmosphere of a more vibrant part of Daytona if you choose. A few miles away from the famous race track, Daytona International Speedway, and about 1 1/2 hours from Universal and Disney Theme parks. You’re also about an hour’s drive to cape Canaveral and might even have the privilege of observing a launch of a space rocket.
