This condo is like NEW. Only occupied on a limited basis by owners from 2014 - 2021. Newly furnished in 2019.
Our community (Venezia) in Treviso Bay consists of only five, 2-story buildings with each containing 12 condos (1st & 2nd floor units). This is a 2nd floor unit and is very quiet. Nobody walking above you !! And minimal vehicle traffic. Each condo has a single-car garage and we will make ours available to our guests (we will not store our belongings in it and lock it). The Venezia community (60 units total) has its own, beautiful outdoor pool facility. It is rare to see 50% of the lounges occupied even in peak season and common to be alone or have less than 10 community neighbors using the pool facility at the same time.
The Venezia community is only 500 yards from the golf course/clubhouse.

These condos include a 'Front' Lanai on the side where you enter the condo and a 'Back' lanai on the opposite (golf course) side. Sliding glass doors separate the Kitchen from the 'Front' lanai making it easy to move between the kitchen & 'Front' lanai. This unit is positioned directly opposite the tee boxes for the signature 11th hole. Sit on the 'Back' lanai and relax while eating a nice meal or enjoying a glass of wine And watching golfers face the daunting tee shot over the water.

Inside, the condo features an 11 foot vaulted ceiling over the Kitchen & Great Room (Family room + Dining area). The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a convenient dining table (seats 4) in the Kitchen nook. The kitchen has a large bar-height counter between the kitchen and Great Room. The dining area includes a larger dining table between the Kitchen and family room. All the typical small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc. are provided. We don't want you spending your time going to the store to buy basic necessities.

The unit also includes a furnished bonus room just off the Great Room, including a sofa, small desk and storage racks for typical office items... printer, paper, accessories, etc.

The unit includes a laundry room with full-size washer & dryer.

The family room includes 58" TV and two sofas.

The master bedroom comes with King bed, 43" TV and includes two, walk-in closets. The master bath has a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath.

You will be able to transfer our Golf and Social membership, which gives up to two adults privileges to all community amenities and to play the beautiful and very challenging TPC golf course. The avid golfer will potentially be humbled by this course, but will surely appreciate the opportunity to play this award-winning TPC course designed by architect Arthur Hills and TPC Player Consultant, Hal Sutton.

Highlighting the community amenities is the main Recreation area know as 'Villa Rilassare'. This area includes an expansive Pool with water features and an Outdoor restaurant known as La Pascina. The Villa Rilassare complex also includes the Community Fitness center, a Spa/Salon, a world-class tennis facility and bocce ball courts. Pickleball courts (10 total) are located a short distance from Villa Rilassare.

You have likely never experienced a community quite like Treviso Bay. It is laid out more like a resort than a typical community. The community is integrated with the Rookery Nature Preserve all along the back property boundary. Wildlife abounds and there are miles of beautiful, landscaped walkways throughout the community. Much of area along the many miles of walkways and streets have no homes at all... In these areas you have only the Rookery Preserve on at least one side of you and in many cases both sides.

Area Information

Naples area offers access to many top-notch outdoor experiences, including backcountry, near-shore and deep Gulf fishing. Take an excursion and see Manatees in their natural habitat. Take an Airboat ride in the Everglades and see huge alligators. Experience great hiking opportunities in the numerous, beautiful state and national parks, including Everglades National Park, Florida Panther National Wildlife Preserve and Big Cypress National Preserve. Well-known Marco Island with its beautiful beaches is only 20 minutes south.
The area has a wide range of excellent dining for families or couples, including the famous 5th avenue in the heart of 'New Naples'... But, don't overlook 'Old Naples' where the city was originally established and the dining opportunities are perhaps even better and the setting is very quaint.
Only a 2 hour drive to Miami and 2-1/2 hour to Palm beach/West Palm on the east coast. Tampa, the new 'City of Champions' is just a 2-1/2 hour shot up the Gulf Coast.
If you love baseball, enjoy the many spring training venues located on the Gulf side of Florida, including the Boston Red Sox facility only a 25 minute drive north from Naples. You will run out of time before you run out of options.
