Fabulous location! This 2 bedroom beach hideaway is a short three block walk to the fabulous entertainment center of Atlantic Avenue. Enjoy world class restaurants, fun boutiques and shopping and live weekend bands, then return home with a short walk or take the free Delray Downtowner! This comfortable duplex unit has a shared saltwater pool, with tropical lush landscape providing a lovely South Florida beach vacation getaway.

SeaBreeze is not only close to Atlantic, but is close to the Intercoastal and less than a mile walk to the beach. Beach chairs are available to take beachside, or enjoy one of the low cost ready made beach setups already placed surfside.

This cozy and completely updated unit comes equipped with wifi, cable television, Netflix, central heat and air. It has a private patio and shares the heated pool area with the front house and upstairs unit. Newly landscaped, with tropical plants and trees, night lights provide great evening ambiance. Enjoy lounges and chairs by the pool and BBQ on the gas grill. Bring your bikes or rent from a great rental shop only a block away!

Wifi, cable included, onsite laundry too! Please note that the parking for this unit is located off an alley. For evening arrivals the exterior house lights are turned on. The unit is located behind a main house and walking to the beach and Atlantic Ave is accessible by walking past the main house to the sidewalk adjacent to the street.

Additionally all your cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs!

PARKING: Free alleyway parking for one car.

LOCATION: Less than a mile to the beach. County offers a wide variety of coastal experiences, form the Taste of Delray, shopping and dinning on Atlantic Ave to the sandy beaches. The Wide Theater, with Broadway performances and a hometown feel. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is in Palm Beach, just 19 miles from here! Check out Old School Square which provides a gathering place to celebrate the arts and outdoor music events at The Crest Theatre, The creative Arts school, Cornell Art Museum, the Fieldhouse and Pavilion. Try the open air retail plaze of City Place, aka Rosemary Square and Delray Market Place. For some classic pinball machines and arcade games check out Silverball Pinball Museum or hit up Putt’n Around Miniature Golf. The Morikami Museum and Japanese gardens are another beautiful Delray Beach experience. For ocean based experiences Boynton Beach Fishing Charter is wonderful as is Sandoway Discovery Center.
