THE HOME:
Proud owner of a once in a lifetime home in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the Boca Ciega Bay to where you can watch the sunrise and only blocks away from a private white sand beach to bath and see the sunsets.
Our home has gray marble polished terrazzo floors, with brand new furniture, and a refurbished kitchen with stainless steel appliance. There is also an extremely large screened in porch with patio furniture along with an outside grill to enhance your experience. Relax in the central air and be comfortable in a home recently decorated with brand new furniture and decor . Watch your favorite shows or a movie on our 65 inch Samsung Smart TV supported by Spectrum TV Stations along with high speed WiFi. All of our rooms are provided with privacy shades. Sit in the backyard and take in the sun using our patio furniture surrounded by professional landscaping.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Boca Ciega Breezeway is just steps away from our home where one can drop a line in the water or cast for an afternoon of fishing. Boca Ciega Island is perfect for a nice bike ride (bikes in the garage) or a stroll around the neighborhood on foot to watch the sunset. Shopping is convenient with a Publix just down the block along with some of the best restaurants in St. Pete like 1200 Chophouse. Our home is in the Lido Beach section of St. Pete. This charming community has great neighbors who take tremendous pride in there beach homes and their properties. Take your kids to our park located on 46th Ave where you can watch your kids play on the jungle gym while you watch the sunset from a picnic bench. Enjoy the large grassed area with a snack or venture out into the adjacent walking trail covered by trees.
THE BEACH
Our Beach house is walking distance or very short bike ride to the beach. There is public beach parking two blocks from our home that includes bathrooms and a changing area right in front of the beach access. Same distance, close enough to walk to stores, parks, restaurants, entertainment, Publix grocery store, Dolphin Village with sunset cruises & fishing boats for hire, plus a really good Italian restaurant , Liquor store, and much more... But... located in a quiet family neighborhood with joggers, bicyclists, dog walkers and Boca Ciega Bay just a few feet away. Perfect for the beach breezes you'll love.
Area Information
The Lido Beach section of St. Pete Beach is a pristine area of our community right down the road from the Don Cesar. This neighborhood is surrounded by the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short walk to Boca Ciega Island. This area is the heart of St. Pete Beach and is chock full with fantastic local restaurants and activities within walking distance or a short bike ride. No need to drive unless you want to.

Our beautiful home has being refurbished. The gray marble terrazzo floor have been recently polished and the entire house has all new furniture and furnishings. Still waiting on one two bed and two mattresses to be delivered along with one headboard. Should have these items next week.
We cater to long term rentals. Minimum stay of 20 days is required. Some exceptions apply.
This a family home in a quite neighborhood nestled between the Gulf of Mexico beach and the Boca Ciega Bay. Two of our favorite activities is watching the sunrise at the Boca Ciega Isle Bridge and the Sunset at the beach viewing the Gulf of Mexico.
Significant discount for families that extend their stay for multiple months. Receive a $200 discount for each month added to your stay.
We have a Renters Agreement that we email to you. You fill it out and send it back by mail with a security deposit.... then its yours for your reserved dates.
Only one (1) small family house pet is allowed during your stay. Will need to see photos and weight of animal before signing the rental agreement.

Why this property? The Lido Beach neighborhood is the most charming community in the area nestled within St. Pete Beach and all of the amenities it has to offer including a short walk to the beach , bay and restaurants.

My son and I as well as our animals had to make a very unexpected trip to Florida to care for my son's father. Not only was this the perfect location but they absolutely had everything we could possibly need without have to worry about anything. The house is beautiful well laid out plenty of room and very clean. The owners were the absolute best. I had issues with my truck breaking down and they helped me find a mechanic I could trust locally. They had all the beach supplies ready to go with only about a block walk away from the beach access. We ended up staying all of June and July. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and I will absolutely be staying here in our next trip back to FL.

My husband and I stayed here for a month, and enjoyed the location which is in a nice neighbourhood just a short walk from the beach, a playground, and a variety of restaurants. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and basic foods (oil, salt, sugar, spices, and more). The owner responded quickly when we had a plugged drain, sending Zoltan over to fix it the next afternoon. We found the living room and second bedroom needed a bit more lighting. Master bed was comfy, and good quality towels were provided. The only suggestion I have is to provide a couple of throws for the couch…they would be appreciated by visitors in the cooler months!

Absolute gem in perfect location. 800 steps from front door to pure white gulf coast sand. Walk or bike to Publix grocery store or request a free ride on the Freebee app golf cart. They’ll pick you up at the front door and take you anywhere from pass a grille to the south or north end of St. Pete beach by 75th street. Scott is such a great host, fast response time and clean comfortable house. Couch is amazing, beds are comfortable. He thinks of everything and even provides bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, and other items to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Neighborhood is quiet and private but if you walk just two blocks you’re on the bustling gulf blvd so if you’re looking for relaxation or action you can find both very easy..

This was our first time taking a month away and we loved it! Weather was fantastic. The house is extremely comfortable, neat and clean and was plenty big enough to accommodate our friends/family that visited. Scott has everything that you will need for an extended stay, including bikes and beach chairs. The dryer broke while we were there (things happen) and Scott had a new one delivered for us asap. Neighborhood is extremely quiet, which was very nice. Communication with Scott is top notch. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful home for the month of December. We had a great trip and the house, which felt like a home, had a lot to do with it. The location is great - close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to everything. Definitely would stay here again.
