The Majestic Beach Condo is located in beachfront resort and just a short 5-minute walk to popular St. Pete Beach restaurants. It is a perfect spot for couples or families looking for a relaxing vacation or a short getaway. The condo boasts a unique coffee corner where guests can enjoy a variety of coffee, espresso, or tea on their cozy balcony with a fresh breeze from the Gulf.
The sparkling clean and comfortable one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers a comfortable queen bed with a built-in closet for convenient unpacking. The brand new AC with UV light provides a germ-free and perfectly cool atmosphere. Unlike other units, we don't lock our thermostat and guests are welcome to adjust temperature to their liking. The living room has a beautiful queen-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress and two rocking swivel chairs. The balcony provides a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine.
The condo provides free fast high-speed internet and a dining room table that can be used as a workspace with a beautiful view of the palm tree. Guests can even connect their devices to the TV via HDMI cable and use it as a larger or second monitor. The condo also provides beach gear such as beach towels, chairs, coolers, beach wagon, umbrellas, tents, floating noodles, floats, and kids' sand toys.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Gulf Winds Resort, which offers a heated pool and shuffleboard, among other amenities, including the paid laundry facility.
At Majestic Beach Condo, guests can enjoy a personal touch and experience during their visit to St. Pete Beach. Unlike hotels and most other local vacation properties that are managed by rental corporations, Majestic Beach Condo is privately owned and managed, ensuring exceptionally clean and convenient accommodations for its guests.

About the owner: I first visited St. Petersburg with my family in 2019 and fell in love with it. Shortly after we got a place and moved from PA to the beautiful St. Petersburg and my son started the college here. I was lucky to be able to buy this beautiful Condo in the beginning of 2022. Now my son and I with the help of our great housekeeper crew are managing this unit and helping our guests to enjoy the beautiful St. Pete Beach with its great beaches, white sand, turquoise water, restaurants, parks, activities, and more.
My family and I have been traveling for many years, visiting new or familiar places and meeting people. We stayed in many properties and I use my personal travel experience to provide a best accommodation to my guests during their vacation stay. I try to provide home away from home, convenience, relaxation, easy access to amenities and local places, recommendations, cleanliness, great communication and more. Being on a guest side for over 20 years, I appreciate the value of fast, clear and respectful communication and that is what I am providing to my guests.
My daughter and I also provide a full travel planning services and will be glad to assist you with any of your vacation needs.

Why this property? I love St. Pete & St. Pete Beach! It's close to the best beach and tons of restaurants nearby - can even get around without needing a car.
From all beaches at St. Pete Beach, I love Upham beach the best: it's not as crowded as the beaches by the resort areas, it has an area with shallow water which is great for kids as well as places that great for swimming, it has beautiful Secret Garden oasis nearby, it is close to the Intercoastal Waterway and has beautiful views where Gulf water merges with the Intercoastal, a lot of great restaurants nearby, many of them overlooking beautiful Gulf/Intercoastal views and can get to those restaurants within a short walk (84 Degrees Bar, Woody's waterfront, Toasted Monkey, Buoys Waterfront Bar and Grill, Oyster Shucker and the Paradise Grille on the beach itself. Such variety of restaurants in walking proximity not available when staying across the Intercoastal in Sunset beach area. There are also plenty of ice cream parlors, wine bars and other activities. We also have a unique Corey Avenue market open every Sunday within 7 min walk from the area.

Is your property managed by owner or a rental company?
It is managed y an owner. I take pride in providing personal high quality service to my guests. I am always available to help them and can always be reached via phone text message or a call.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, no. Our HOA has "no pets" rule which is strictly enforced.
What is so special about your unit?
Guest enjoy the love and care we put into our unit. Guests appreciate our proactive and timely communication. We have state of the art coffee corer so guests can enjoy variety of coffee option at their own unit. We provide beach gear, sound machine, luggage rack that makes unpacking much easier. Many guests enjoy location of our unit as it allows them to enjoy music from 82 Degrees or The Toasted Monkey restaurants while sitting on the balcony. Because it is not too close, the music is not too loud while perfect volume to enjoy the peaceful night with the background live music. Also, many guests appreciate that we have electronic lock so they don't need to worry about carrying a key with them.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and the location was perfect! Beach was so close and also many restaurants within walking distance. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed.

The location is great. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Best location out of all options and no need for the car. Super clean. Host thought about everything and great communication even at odd hours. I didn’t even have to go anywhere to get my coffee with the best coffee corner, great variety. I will be coming back and already have my second trip booked when we visit Tampa University.
