Property Improvements
Our HOA is currently completing final several improvements to enhance the resort.
Hallway flooring and condo access doors are being replaced throughout the buildings. During your stay, you may occasionally see contractors working in the hallways and, at times, be asked to take a brief alternate route while a tile landing is temporarily blocked. Your condo will always remain accessible.
Exterior painting and landscaping are currently scheduled for late summer 2026. There is potential for daytime construction noise while this work is underway.

One of the best parts? No need to load the car, search for parking, or pay beach parking fees. Simply grab the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler, then enjoy a short walk to the shore whenever you like.

When you are ready to explore, many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, beach bars, and live music venues are within walking distance. Catch the sunset at Upham Beach. Every evening is different, and the beach is just a short walk from the condo. It is one of our favorite ways to end the day.

Toasted Monkey is one of the area's most popular spots for casual dining, waterfront views, and live music every day. Depending on the night, you may also find dancing, karaoke, and a fun, lively atmosphere.

La Casa Del Pane is a hidden gem for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy authentic Italian pastries, fresh bread, homemade pasta, excellent wine, and traditional Italian espresso and coffee. It is one of our favorite places to start the day.

La Dolce Vita Trattoria is our top recommendation for authentic Italian dining. The chef is from Naples, Italy, and the homemade dishes and warm hospitality make it a favorite for date nights and special occasions.

Corey Avenue is perfect for an afternoon stroll. Browse locally owned beach shops, boutiques, and galleries, then stop for a bite to eat or relax with a drink.

Corey Avenue Sunday Market takes place every Sunday (hours vary seasonally, typically 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Shop local vendors, enjoy live entertainment, and be sure to try the famous barbecue, a favorite among both locals and visitors.
