Restaurants easily walked to proliferate on the perimeter of the area, beach bar, wine bar, Fine Dining, Sushi, Asian, Italian, German, Mexican and more all locally owned. No large corporate chains here. Right down the block the most popular ice cream shop on the beach open till 11pm. Corey Ave. boutique shops and popular Sunday Farmers Market also easily walked to.

Discount rates for stays of 4 months or longer. No sales tax required on stays over 6 months. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance of the full rent is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 120 days of arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit. The damage deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days of check out unless there is damage to property, furnishings, or linens.

Great Condo

We stayed for February and March 2024 and have nothing but good things to say about this condo and are planning on going back in 2025 . It has a great location within a few minutes walk of beautiful Upham beach and walking distance of multiple eating places. The peaceful courtyard has 2 BBQ grills and comfortable lawn furniture. The unit has beach supplies and everything you need for cooking . It is a well maintained unit and was very comfortable for our stay. Parking is also a plus as parking space is located next to the front door for easy access.

Fantastic location

This beautifully appointed apartment is minutes from St Pete's beach. It is an extremely comfortable location for two couples or a family of four with all amenities covered including beach chairs, umbrella, tent and towels. The private garden immediately off of the entrance is lush and a great place for morning coffee or evening dinners. Our hosts, Karen and Bob were wonderful and very responsive to questions and advise on how to get the most out of our stay in the area. We highly recommend this apartment.

We really are a great choice for any adults who require two bedrooms for themselves or stay over guests. We are a two or three minute walk to lovely St Pete Beach.

A Little Slice of Paradise

I was fortunate to find this newly remodeled condo apartment in a last minute search for St Pete’s Beach which is one of my favorite beaches in the world. The apartment is what I would call modern minimalism and the furniture was supremely comfortable, which is a rarity in beach rental properties. The furnishings were elegantly appointed and yet uncluttered, which created a zen effect. Everything was immaculately clean when I got there and easy to maintain. The condo overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden seating area. I didn’t rent a car when I was there and didn’t need one. Everything I needed including a wonderful farmers market and prime restaurants were within easy walking distance. If you are looking for a place to rest and rejuvenate, this is it.

Beautiful Beachside Condo

We fully enjoyed this lovely Beachside Apartment. The unit was very clean and up to date. Fully equipped and ready to live in. The decorating detail was open and spacious Located in a great area. Nearby shopping , groceries, pharmacy and restaurants... Some restaurants are within walking distance. The owners, Karen and Bob are delightful...always very helpful.

An absolute gem.

This place is an absolute gem. It feels more like a private home than a condo apt and it was so nice to park our car right outside the front door. The beds are very comfortable -- great mattresses with fine-quality bed linens. Being someone who likes to cook, I was pleased that the kitchen was so well equipped. The living/dining room area is very spacious and the whole place is super clean. Also, we enjoyed sitting in the shaded garden patio with our morning coffee before we took our short walk to the beach. It's a great location with beach and locally owned restaurants close by. The hosts (Karen and Bob) aim to please. They were easy to get in touch with and responded promptly whenever we reached out to them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this absolute gem of a place and will definitely return.

Just Perfect!!

This location is amazing. Everything is just a short walk away, the amazing beach, which has a great cafe, that we ate breakfast and lunch at several times, all types of restaurants and a late night ice cream parlor. Nightly entertainment is all around or you can just sit outside and watch the beautiful sunsets. The condo itself is perfect. A full open design that has a view of the beautiful furnished patio. The patio also had bbq grills to use. We certainly will be returning.
