Taxes - 13% (for rentals under 180 days)
In addition to the 6% tourist development tax collected by the Pinellas Tax Collector, there is a 7% sales and use tax collected by the Florida Department of Revenue for a total of 13% tax. Any renter who resides for a period of six months or less in a facility located in Pinellas County must pay the taxes to the owner or the owner’s representative of the rental property. For leases over 6 months, no taxes will be collected.

What is your payment schedule?
Currently, we require a $1,000 security deposit and a 10% non-refundable deposit at the signing of our rental agreement. The additional rental payment/fees and tax if any will be due 90 days before check in date. Signed rental agreement also needed to reserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
The $1,000 security deposit will be returned if reservation is cancelled before check-in date but not the 10% non-fundable deposit. No refunds after 90 days.

awesome stay!!!
We spend the winter of in this lovely unit. Location is perfect-right at the bridge to Treasure Island. Complex is lovely, great security, pool and full amenities. Faces west so lovely sunsets and wildlife - most days saw 3 or 4 dolphins right in front. Carrie is a great landlord, very quick to respond and solve issues. We consider ourselves very lucky to be going back this winter!!!
