The house is perfectly placed on a big private lot just across the street from the beach. You will feel at home. Built in 1922 by the family of a famous industrialist as the family beach place. Several generations have enjoyed the house and we have maintained the original feelings. So easy to relax and do nothing or get outside and be busy all day.

Pass A Grille is a small beach village south of St. Pete Beach on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. Super close to the cities and the Interstate 275 South. You can get everywhere from here easily. Take I 275 and drive west across the Intracoastal Waterway to Gulf Blvd. Short drive to the Airport and Downtown St. Petersburg. Drive south to Venice and Sarasota.
The beach is fabulous! Soft white sand and clear blue green waters. Sweet little houses, tons of tropical trees, sidewalks, stores, ice cream shops and water, water everywhere.

Our favorite, we are offering for rent today was built in 1922 by an important hard working inventor as his family beach house. We love the history and want to preserve the house for ourselves and others.
