Big windows thru the house for light and great views. Very nice comfortable furniture. Stainless range and refrigerator appliances with plenty of cabinets. Dining room and a Dining patio with string lighting. Beachside brick patio for socializing. Parking in the back yard with access from the alley.
You can walk the entire island on the beach side and the Intracoastal side. Friendly people, great places to eat, get a healthy tan and relax. Pass A Grille is where all Tampa Bay says ' This is the BEST BEACH'.

Unique Benefits

The house is perfectly placed on a big private lot just across the street from the beach. You will feel at home. Built in 1922 by the family of a famous industrialist as the family beach place. Several generations have enjoyed the house and we have maintained the original feelings. So easy to relax and do nothing or get outside and be busy all day.

Area Information

Pass A Grille is a small beach village south of St. Pete Beach on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. Super close to the cities and the Interstates. You can get everywhere from here easily. Take I 275 and drive west across the Intracoastal Waterway to Gulf Blvd. Short drive to the Airport and Downtown St. Petersburg.
The beach is fabulous! Soft white sand and clear blue green waters. Sweet little houses, tons of tropical trees, sidewalks, stores, ice cream shops and water, water everywhere.
