The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept with a direct view of the Gulf. Also available is access to a heated pool, shuffleboard courts, common areas, charcoal grills and a common laundry area. Parking is provided for 1 vehicle, and you are within walking distance to shops, fine and casual dining, grocery stores and entertainment and a beach trolley. Enjoy water sports such as jets skis and paddle board rental , boating, dolphin watches and fishing.

St. Pete Beach is a beautiful barrier island community located within 30 minutes of Tampa airport, 20 mins from St. Petersburg, and 15 minutes form Fort Desoto Park that has earned top honors for its pristine beaches, biking, hiking, kayaking and picnic areas.
Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Lowry Park Zoo, and Florida Aquarium are located in Tampa and within 40 minutes from the condo location.

Security deposit of $200.00 US dollars is additional and refundable after checkout.
$200.00 US dollar deposit required when booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Additional fees are 13% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee.
Due to current Covid changing environment if cancellation is required by either party, i.e. travel or rental restriction, monies will be refunded.

Is there a washer and dryer in the condo?
No, not in the unit itself. There is a laundry area on the condo site with washers and dryers available just steps from the back door of your building.
