****Book now..... it’s going to be harder this year to find a nice clean quiet beach rental since prices have gone sky high on beach real estate ... not to mention insurance doubleing.
Beautiful quiet clean & private house on fenced corner lot. Terrazzo polished floors, Quiet cool block house, blue tile roof, double pane windows, central air, newer furnishings, Spectrum channels TV, WiFi, with private screened in outdoor room. My favorite fishing bridge just steps away connecting our street to Boca Ciega Island. Perfect for a nice bike stroll around the island on one of our beach cruisers. White picket fence and always a cool water breeze either from the beach just down our street or Boca Ciega bay on two sides of us. Grocery shopping at Publix is just down the block with restaurants and shopping. Great neighbors that take pride in there beach homes and stroll the neighborhood.
This is the beach life. Watch the sun rise over Tampa and Boca Ciega Bay just across our little street, watch it set just down our street at the only large public park directly on the Gulf beach sand. Take the bikes for a ride around Boca Ciega Island which is just across the tiny bridge across the street. Or, down our block to Publix grocery store. The best sunsets I've ever seen were right down our street at 46th Ave St. Pete Beach park with more every week. Also just down our block towards the Gulf beaches is a open kids park with jungle bars, picnic benches, large grassed area & walking trail w/ trees.
If your adventurous .... at the end of our street at Gulf Blvd. is the famous Drunken Clam bar & grill. Full bar, best wings..... and a lot of local color. 65” tv with Hulu, Netflix, etc capabilities in living room, smaller tv in larger bedroom, WiFi but no cable tv

Our Beach house is situated on a walk or bike down beach street. Close enough to walk to stores, parks, restaurants, entertainment, Publix grocery store, Dolphin Village with sunset cruises & fishing boats for hire, plus a really good Italian restaurant , Liquor store, and much more... But... located in a quiet family neighborhood with joggers, bicyclists, dog walkers and Boca Ciega Bay just a few feet away. Perfect for the beach breezes you'll love.
Why Kids Love It
Great neighborhood with a huge grass park on our street with picnic tables and kids swings etc. Fishing poles in the hall closet with all the fishing gear needed to catch dinner and my favorite fishing spot is 60 paces away on the little Boca Ciega Bridge. Behind the Publix grocery store just down the street from us is a huge sail boat that takes people out for dolphin watching and sunset cruises.
We have beach umbrella's and floats plus some kids beach toys in our outdoor storage shed.
There are several pairs of water shoes in several sizes if you'd like to go walking in the sea grass looking for clams or bait oysters.
Area Information
Surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico beach a short walk down the street and Boca Ciega Island and bay across our street. This is a beach house in the best neighborhood in St. Pete Bch. I will be surprised if you don't see dolphins swimming around or manatees swimming in the bay by our little bridge. Walk to the beach in the early morning for a stroll and you'll probably come across evidence of new baby sea turtles making it to the water just the night before.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Live bands are at most of the beach bars yet far enough away that you can't here them. No shortage of great eateries and live entertainment all around.
Favorite Places To Eat
There are so many.... Level 11 located on the 11th floor of a hotel about 1/2 mile north on Gulf Blvd. west side . Of course there is the Don Ciesar hotel and all its restaurants a short ride away.
BUT..... The Island Grille in Tierra Verde just past the toll booth is awesome. And breakfast on the beach in Pass A Grille is the best...

We just replaced the living room TV with a Huge 65” flatscreen TVs and WiFi tv channels. We also replaced the living room couch, overstuffed chair, & lamps with brand new very comfortable furniture. It’s wonderful!
We have a Renters Agreement that we email to you. You fill it out and send it back by mail with a security deposit.... then its yours for your reserved dates.
We love our little beach house. It's where we vacation and relax. If your looking to party..... find another place! Seriously.
Our friend & next door neighbor is a peace officer and he watches over our house for us. He's a great neighbor and I'm sure he'll come by to introduce himself and his wife.
We have great neighbors and friends all around the neighborhood and beach. One is a plumber and one is a handyman so we're covered there too.
*** Pet Fee - we prefer a NO PET policy -But- we realize a small well behaved dog may be an option.
And Please pick up after your dog. If not you may be charged additional fees
***** No other pets please. I’m allergic to cats and cannot have any in the house... ever. Sorry

About the owner: After owning this beautiful little peace of paradise for 22 years and using it mostly in the summer I’ve finally retired and can use it more often. We do plan on renting it out during the winter as well as other months again ... but ... don’t have our schedule just yet. Please check with us.
We live in sunny California but can't afford a beach house here. We traveled to see an old friend and neighbor who I grew up with in NYC that now lives in St. Pete Beach and fell in love with it. I'm there at least 5 times a year now swimming & grinnin
Why this property? Great hard to find corner property. Best beach neighborhood you could ask for. Close to it all yet far enough away to be super quiet & clean.

Stayed here while our house was being renovated. What a lucky smart move that was. We got to relax while we were only down the street from our home. Perfect size and price to have no worries yet watch over our place while it was being worked on. I'd recommend it over and over again.

My husband and I had just moved to FL in late April, and we still didn’t have a place to live! Luckily we found this house and rented it until early June! The owner, Tom was so great to rent from! He always got back to us right away if we had any questions, and he was so helpful! The location was amazing! We were just a walk away from the beach, and there was a shopping center near by that had everything we needed! There was no need to drive anywhere... Especially since the house comes with 2 beach cruisers we would just ride the bikes to get wherever we needed to go!The house was the perfect size in the perfect location! And the owner was amazing the entire time. If we are ever back in the St Pete Beach Area again we will definitely rent from Tom again!

We booked this house twice in May of 2018 and July of 2019. It is an AMAZING location. The pride of ownership is obvious throughout the property. The owner makes sure that everything is up to par and in great condition.Dollar for dollar it is the best value in St. Pete Beach. We will be back in 2020!
