Our 3 bedroom beach apartment offers the best of both worlds: a fantastic location just 1 block from the beach, comfortable and clean accommodations plus affordable rates. We can accommodate large groups of up to 8 guests with a total of 5 beds: 2 queen beds, 3 full beds plus 1 queen sofa bed in our large 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Or simply provide smaller groups the privacy and comfort of a 3 bedroom property.

The best part is that you're right across the beach...literally. We are located just 1 block away from one the most beautiful beach areas in Miami Beach, the North Beach Oceanside Park, where you will enjoy a beautiful undeveloped stretch of white sandy beaches with azure Caribbean warm waters. There are many great restaurants, markets and shops just steps away. Just 15 minutes South, you will find the hip South Beach area, known as the nightlife mecca of North America, with tons of nightclubs and bars. And if you'd like to do a little shopping, no better place than the ultra fabulous Bal Harbor shops, where you will find all the top of the line fashion lines under one roof - located just 5 minutes away! This is a great location from which to explore the Miami Beach area and its surroundings.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts of home with full kitchen offering stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher plus all the cooking ware, clean towels and linens, Smart TV, Wifi, central A/C, coin washer/dryer on site, common outdoor seating area with BBQ grill and a private terrace.

The Casamar complex offers another identical 3/2 apartment plus a 2/2 apartment at the same location. For larger groups over 8 guests (family reunions, guys/girls trips, corporate retreats, etc) we can also offer you to rent the entire 3 apartment complex, allowing you to accommodate up to 24 people at this location.
