All kitchen and diningware provided. Dining room set sits 6. Master Bedroom has King-size bed facing the ocean and comprises full dresser, night tables with lamps and 32" Flat screen HDTV with Cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO included. All pillows, towels, linens and hair dryer provided! Two full bathrooms are fully renovated. Second bedroom features a set of bunk beds ( twin over queen ) with full dresser. Unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for use by tenants. Electricity, water, Internet, long distance phone use in the US and Canada are included.
Building features a beautiful and welcoming lobby, newly painted and carpeted hallways, free valet parking, a new fitness center, two washer/dryers on each floor, a newly renovated Olympic-size heated pool with free Guest Wifi and easy access to the beach. A new recreational, paved beach walk runs alongside the Pavilion all the way to South Beach!
For your safety and peace of mind, the Pavilion has been awarded its 50-Year Structural Re-certification by the City of Miami Beach. Added safety features include 24-hour security onsite, Hurricane-impact windows and sliding glass doors and a newly installed fire alarm and sprinkler system.

(December through April): Month: $5,900
(Occupancy: Up to 4 persons. No nightly rentals accepted--Lease must be written for an entire month. However, you may choose to stay two weeks for a minimum rental cost of $3,200. Only monthly rentals from December through April.
An executed Lease Agreement and a $1000 security deposit are required to reserve the unit for each desired month. Deposit can be sent at no cost through Zelle, or by bank wire or Credit Card through Paypal. Fees apply.

Great location and view!
Stayed for a month, William is very nice and accommodating. Loved the location, within walking distante or short trolley or bicycle ride to a wide variety of restaurants and South Beach. Best of all, beachfront. The view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom window is amazing! Would definately stay there again.

We stayed for one month, William is very nice and accommodating. I love the location, minutes from South Beach in the trolley, and a nice ride on bicycle, close to a variety of restaurants, and best of all, beach front. The view of the beach from inside the condo is beautiful, would definitely stay there again.

Picture Perfect beachfront rental
We stayed for a month in William's condo and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking and lease signing was easy and straight foward, as well as check in and out. William was a very responsive owner, who was easy to contact with questions. The photos of the view don't do it justice. When you walk in ,the apartment is awash with sunlight and fantastic views. We spent every morning sitting on the large balcony, reading and having our morning coffee. The view from the master bedroom is a wonderful way to wake up ,with ocean views while lounging in the king size bed. The apartment second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double and a twin on top. The decorations in the apartment are "beachy" and the photos are exactly as it looks. The Pavilion is a well located building and the beach was easy to get to. Beach chairs are included and we appreciated the umbrella that William has in his apartment. The path directly outside of the condo takes you down to South Beach and we rented Citibikes a few blocks from the apartment. The recently renovated pool was never crowded and was a great place to relax. Our family loved this rental and we would highly recommend it.We hope to come again some day.

Miami 2023
We have been visiting Miami for a number of years and it never disappoints, this year was no exception. It was our first time staying at the Pavillion and we truly enjoyed everything about it from the easy access to the pool deck where we never had any trouble finding chairs and an umbrella. As well it was less than a five minute walk from the unit to the comfortable and always accessible beach lounge chairs. The unit was exceptional, and William and Diana were very easy to work with, and they were very prompt and helpful when we needed it. The unit was extremely comfortable and all that you would need was supplied within the unit, it was clean and very well maintained, and of course the views were outstanding. A small ask would be a more serviceable beach umbrella, I would rate this unit exceptional. Thank you for a memorable 2023 vacation!

Perfect vacation on amazing location in Miami Beach
We rented condo #611 at Pavillon Building in Miami Beach for one month (March/April). William and Diana are exceptional hosts/owner. They welcomed us warmly, showed us their condo ( which is nicely decorated on the theme of the sea and with a full view of the sea), presented the facilities of the building and the environment. Apart from your personal belonging and your grocery, everything is there for a successful vacation directly on the sea. We really enjoy our vacation, and we already reserved for next year. A magnificent beach stay in a beautiful, oceanfront apartment!
The location is amazing, the beach is in front of you. White, silky sand and turquoise waters are literally steps away. Beach chairs are provided by a full-time attendant at no cost. The apartment is fully stocked with umbrellas, coolers, a new kitchen that faces the ocean. In fact, the living room, dining room and Master Bedroom all face the ocean. The apartment is filled with beach-theme art and modern furniture that makes it very appealing and welcoming to the eyes. The balcony is my favorite spot. At sunset, you can view people skating, riding bikes and walking on the beautiful boardwalk while cruise ships sail in the distance.The newly renovated pool is olympic-size. Umbrellas and chairs are also provided with no hassles. The building offers 24-hour security, free valet parking, a playroom, a gym with new equipment and three oceanfront BBQ pits.William and Diana are excellent hosts. The welcomed us and provided all kinds of tips on dining, sightseeing and getting around.We will definitely be back next year!

A magnificent stay in a beautiful oceanfront paradise!
The apartment is filled with light and artfully decorated. Comfortably furnished with a huge king-size bed that faces the ocean and a leather sofa and loveseat that face the balcony. The balcony has wonderful views of the ocean and the cruise ships sailing by in the late afternoon...a wonderful time to sit and have a couple of glasses of wine and appetizers while taking in the sights. The dining room has seating for six people and is accompanied by four bar stools that face the counter in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and has updated appliances (microwave, self cleaning oven, dishwasher and fridge). The bathrooms have two full showers and are updated. The second bedroom has bunk beds that are comforable for another couple or two kids. Conveniently located, the Beach access elevator is right in front of the apartment providing easy access to the beach. The building provides Beach chairs that were set up for us at no cost and the apartment has umbrellas and coolers. We practically lived on the shoreline!Bill and Diana were wonderful hosts who welcomed us to the building and gave us lots of insights into places to eat and visit.We highly recommend this stay and hope to be back next year.Marlene and John Johnson

"An excellent beach front condo"
My wife and I had the opportunity to spend the month of April in this 6th floor condo and we couldn't have been more pleased. The unit and its furnishings were excellent. Access to the beach was convenient, many restaurants were within walking distance and the entire staff were pleasant and helpful. Security was excellent.That being said, nothing beats the view from the balcony each morning watching the sun come up over the ocean. The eastern orientation is ideal for those who love the morning sun but prefer to have a cool shaded balcony during the late afternoon heat.The condo owner is an upstanding business man and a pleasure to deal with. We are looking forward to returning next year.PS forgot to mention the great beach and boardwalk.

Beautifully furnished condo with a magnificent view of the ocean
The condo is located on Collins Avenue in a beautiful well maintained older building that was constructed in the early 1970s. The unit has been renovated by the Lessor and is elegant with paintings and artifacts of a tropical nature adorning the walls throughout the unit. It overlooks the ocean and an accessible sandy beach with walkways and bicycle t4rails going on for miles. I sit on the outside balcony during the evening watching the sun set and kite surfers doing acrobatics. The condo has a magnificent outside pool and seating area as well as a beautiful fully equipped fitness centre. The unit is comfortable for up to four people and has two complete bathrooms. one with a standup shower and the other with a bathtub shower. The property is isolated on Collins Avenue as are all the other condo buildings nearby. One definitely needs a vehicle to access the entertainment and restaurant areas. One has to be mobile to enjoy what Miami has to offer. The only fault that I had with the unit is the heating. Being an older building, the cooling and heating systems are building controlled not individually per unit. I am older, 80 years of age and found the unit, especially in the evening too cool for my taste, so putting on a sweater or jacket was necessary for me. Old people are always too cold.The staff who maintain the security, maintenance and parking are wonderful and extremely out to please. I love having valet parking which is included in the rental price. Out of courtesy, I always tip a couple of bucks when they get my car for me.The area is mainly Hispanic with nationalities from Argentina, Cuba, Honduras, Venezuela, Columbia, et al, and are very friendly. Something I discovered is that a high proportion of the owners are Orthodox Jews who are very pleasant and sort of keep to their own community. There is even a synagogue on the Mezzanine floor.I had a very pleasant stay for four months over the winter season.

Great accommodations!
First is all the apartment is in great shape. A lot of at work adorns the walls and the flies theme permeated the experience. Even the pitch work a lamp was noticed. The spot is great. There is no beach access for a few blocks of the property which makes it nice and peaceful without a lot of rowdiness. The beach chairs are available the entire day (maybe just on Sundays you need to go a bit earlier) and no one pushes you out. Just not having to carry chairs is a major plus. The living room and begins with 2 bathrooms tally are well designed and you don't feel cramped. Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again! Great spot...

Fabulous Location!
My husband and I spent most of April in the condo, and it was absolutely perfect! The view is to die for, the location is a perfect jumping off point for the rest of the city, and the amenities are great! We loved riding the trolley on a daily basis - it got us everywhere we needed to go - and for free! The building is gorgeous, and the staff extremely helpful.We highly recommend this unit for couples or small families. The second bedroom is perfect for the little ones, and the additional bathroom makes it easy.Bill made everything easy for us when we arrived. We'll be going back!
