Encounter miles of pristine and warm beaches, countless choices for restaurant dining, night life, other entertainment and much more. Located minutes away from world-famous South Beach, your right in the center of where you want to be. Your private condo sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and includes a master bedroom that has 2 queen beds, large walk in closet and private bath and shower and a second room that includes a full and twin bed along with a closet and also a private bathroom and walk-in shower. The unit includes a full kitchen with new appliances along with silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, pots and pans. This location is ideal for those who don't want to waste time for and have booked a vacation cruise out of the Port of Miami or Port Everglades. All rooms within the condo have their own private LED TV with plenty of cable channels to watch, and free Wi-Fi connection.
NOTE: Separate from the total cost of your reservation, the hotel charges/collects at the time of check-in $139.00 as a clean out fee and is not collected by the owner.
* Valet Service is not included in the cost of your reservation and is operated directly through the hotel.
* Daily use of Beach Umbrellas and Lounge Chairs are not covered under total cost of reservation. Pool umbrella and chairs are at no cost.
* Public parking is available 1 block North of the Hotel and is much cheaper and offers overnight parking. Uber/Lyft is highly recommended.
* The Miami Beach Trolley also operates daily until 2 a.m. and is a free service offered for anyone traveling around the beach area.
NOTE: The Alexander is going through the second half of a $25 million renovation. The majority of the disturbing work which was a result of replacing the exterior windows and doors with hurricane impact windows and doors is now complete as is the rebuilding of balconies with glass railings providing even better ocean and Inter-Costal views.
**The hallways leading to apartments are now being worked on entailing replacing entry doors to each unit, wall and ceiling repairs, new moldings, painting and new flooring. Most invasive will be replacing the entry doors to each apartment. This work will continue into Spring of 2020. The work in hallways will present certain inconvenience including noise and dust.
**We will make every effort to minimize these inconveniences and disturbances and provide for your safety and security. Work entailing noise will only take place between the hours of 8am and 8pm and never on Sundays or legal holidays.
**We are also building a new second pool on the upper mezzanine deck which is expected to be completed in 2020. Very few properties of our size have two pools as we will have. The larger new pool with waterfall and on the beach level and hot tub is completed and in use. Access to the pool is through the building’s ground level corridor and merely serves to provide covered access to the main pool and direct access to the beach. Most popular is the beach and we have clear access which is only steps away from our pool. The aerobic fitness center is in limited use and may have certain areas closed off.
**The City of Miami Beach has developed a magnificent pathway promenade that runs directly behind our property, adjacent to the pool and the beach. This path extends all the way from South Beach and through Mid Beach and is illuminated at night for romantic strolls along the beach. This part of the construction is now completed.
**Fine dining restaurant may be temporarily closed however breakfast is available as is room service, for a fee. The Hotel’s pool’s bar is open where soft drinks, mixed drinks, liquor and popular food is served during the day and through twilight. In the lobby there is a convenience shop with coffee, lite breakfast, sandwiches and other snacks and food items.
