Occupancy: Up to 4 persons. 10 day minimum.. Lease must be signed illustrating all terms and conditions.

A $500 security deposit is required to reserve the unit and returned immediately upon departure after inspection minus $150 cleaning fee.

Interaction with guest:
Will greet you with keys in the lobby of the building and show you the beach access, the gym and pool. Will guide you into the apartment and answer any questions you may have.

Centrally and conveniently located on 56th street and Collins Avenue, the building is only a ten-minute drive to the exciting nightlife and restaurants of South Beach, Lincoln Road, Española Way and within 10 minutes to the New World Symphony, the Performing Arts Center and the Opera House. It's also walking distance to the world famous, Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Resorts. Public transportation stop to all destinations is located across the street from the building. Excellent shopping, dining, art galleries and nightlife are also 10 minutes away at Midtown Miami, Miami's Design District and the Shops at Bal Harbour.
