Building features lobby with 24 security, fitness center, large pool, paved beach boardwalk, direct beach access with chairs for use by residents.
Occupancy: Up to 4 persons. 10 day minimum.. Lease must be signed illustrating all terms and conditions.
A $500 security deposit is required to reserve the unit and returned immediately upon departure after inspection minus $150 cleaning fee.

Owner will greet you personally with keys in the lobby of the building and show you to unit, beach access, gym and pool.

Centrally and conveniently located on 56th street and Collins Avenue, the building is only a ten-minute drive to the exciting nightlife and restaurants of South Beach, Lincoln Road, Española Way and within 10 minutes to the New World Symphony, the Performing Arts Center and the Opera House. It's also walking distance to the world famous, Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Resorts. Public transportation stop to all destinations is located across the street from the building. Excellent shopping, dining, art galleries and nightlife are also 10 minutes away at Midtown Miami, Miami's Design District and the Shops at Bal Harbour. Excellent
The location is excellent. The beach is across condo. Very easy to get to downtown or South Beach or North Beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything. it was easy to communicate with Carlos, the owner. The parking is in the building and that's a big bonus because we rented a car during our stay. We will visit again.
