This was a great vacation spot! The house was spacious for four adults and well stocked for cooking. It was a great location for accessing activities in the area, and a very pleasant place to relax. I would recommend staying here it was a very comfortable home in a great location close to everything sunsets were beautiful and (5) manatees came to visit twice a day right off the dock and beautiful fish to look at and feed. Kayaking was awesome and we bring a boat and it was great to go right out of the canal and watch the sunsets. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Migdy but by phone she still made us feel very welcome and making sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Manatees off the dock, sunset in the distance, every comfort of home. We enjoyed our stay of three nights here in December. We will return in the future. Migdy is the best!

The owner of this property makes you feel very welcomed. They home was clean, well-appointed, comfortable and was everything you could ask for in a rental. My wife, who is 7.5 months pregnant, loved fishing off the dock (Mangrove snapper) and the sunsets were outstanding. Kayaks were available for use, manatees swam the cannel and there were also abundant parrot-fish to watch swimming around. This is a perfect location for exploring the upper keys (and lower keys if you dare fight the crowds and traffic). We will be staying again!

Great time. House has all everything you need - great amenities. Spacious. Amazing sunrise, sunsets, waterways, Manatees. House has a single and double kayak, 2 bikes, and 3 fishing poles. Perfect weather, crystal clear waterways, quiet community. Migdy Moya was great to work with. She wants you to have a great time. We did.

Great place to stay in the Florida keys and a great value. Everything you need to have an excellent stay just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Great access to Florida bay, excellent canal , dock and cleaning table to get your catch ready for dinner. House was spotless inside and out.

great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our boat was right at the house and we went out every day. Fishing, snorkeling, shopping and eating out. We had an issue with the refrigerator but the owners responded quickly. The trailer was very nice and provided everything we needed for our stay.

Keys Vacation

Perfect for our needs. Clean. Boat in front of the residence. Plenty to do for Our grandkids. Dock fishing,kayaking, swimming. Would rent again

Perfect vacation rental for fishing, Sunsets, and relaxation

Great location and comfortable , spotlessly clean home. For us, having the convenience of our boat right outside the dock was perfect. Lots of outdoor lanai and deck space to enjoy dining, sunsets and watching the Tarpon and Manatees. We have vacationed and fished in the Keys for many years. This vacation home has been the most enjoyable for us and I can recommend without hesitation. Migdy, the owner made us feel so welcome and checked us on to see that we had everything we needed to make it a great stay. And it was..... Can’t wait to return next year !

Great home on the water in Tavernier and wonderful and attentive owners.

We had a wonderful month in Tavernier at this home. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The water in the back is clear and beautiful. Right from the back door we were able to kayak and ride wave runners. 2 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice living room and dining room to spend family time. Plenty of screened porch to spend time outdoors. The owners are also wonderful and always helpful with whatever was needed. Enjoy your time at this wonderful place.
