The Master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a connecting bathroom. The kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances for cooking your catch after a long day out on the boat. The unit is stocked with plenty of kitchen amenities as well as basic spices to cook a great dinner. The living room has brand new furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a 65-inch Smart TV with cable. The bedrooms also have 42-inch TVs with cable.
Located in Ocean Pointe Suites, a gated community that is manned 24/7 and nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, this oceanfront condo is just 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available, it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.
This unit is perfect for boaters, as it offers a great marina for up to a 28 ft boat and boat trailer parking. The community pool has been refurbished and has a great pool deck to relax or catch some rays. There is a small bar at the pool that serves a full array of cocktails and snacks. The complex also has a great beach area to lay out by the water.

About the owner: I was born in Miami Beach and raised in South Florida. Growing up, I have been going to the Florida Keys my whole life, which has given me a deep appreciation for the beauty of the area and its unique culture.
Boating and fishing have been a central part of my life since childhood. I have spent countless hours on the water, enjoying the thrill of the catch and the peacefulness of being out on the open sea. My love of boating and fishing has given me a strong connection to the natural world and a deep respect for the environment.
In 2022, my wife and I bought a condo in the Keys, which is a testament to our love for the area. This condo is a place where we can go with our family to relax, unwind, and make new memories. It's a place where we can share our passion for boating and fishing with our two boys and pass on our love of the Keys to the next generation.
Overall, my upbringing and experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and unique culture of South Florida and the Keys. I value family, adventure, and the great outdoors, and I am always looking for new ways to enjoy all that life has to offer.

Jeanette L.MUST Stay if travelling to Key Largo
Stayed 3 nights in Rudy's Tavernier getaway at Ocean Pointe. He and Sue were very communicative and flexible the entire time- great people!! Check-in was a breeze, the lock code was emailed to me 3 days before and it worked like a charm. I even requested early check-in and they were gracious enough to allow it. I was very impressed with how clean & modern the condo is which is very refreshing compared to other rentals in the keys. It is family-friendly and well-stocked including a few surprising extras- smells great too! A/c and ceiling fans work great and kept us nice and cool. Overall it is tastefully remodeled and the furniture/appliances are almost brand new, huge plus. Wi-fi is provided but didn't work (was not showing up on available networks) but we didn't need it as our cell service was perfect throughout the whole property. The water pressure in both showers is extremely low (no matter what setting you put them on) but fine in all the sinks. The ice maker in the fridge makes hollow ice and it melts very fast so need to find ice elsewhere. The view is not that great even though the unit is on the 3rd floor, all you can see are the mangroves and a tiny piece of ocean due to how the building is angled and the balcony faces. Also it is a bit far from the elevator (located right by a stairwell) so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs most of the time. If you are going to the beach or using the marina it is quite a long walk as well, not too bad but if you go back and forth a lot it gets exhausting especially in the summer heat.Resort cons (nothing to do with the condo/owner): The beach had a lot of muck and algae (completely unusable) and the resort pool was clean but the water was awfully HOT and not refreshing at all. The deck was so hot it burned my feet walking from the umbrella to the water. Wear shoes at all times!! There isn't any type of restaurant or place to get food on the property other than a food truck that sells thirty dollar pizza pies. The watered down drinks at the pool bar are extremely overpriced as well. We paid extra to the resort to keep our 24ft boat in a slip at the marina but the boat ramp was so tight and steep we couldn't use it (trailer bottomed out) and had to go to another park nearby- in the end, it wasn't worth it. The closest sandbar was full of muck as well and loaded with jellyfish.Knowing all we know now, we would definitely stay at Rudy's condo again on our next trip to the Keys and make necessary adjustment

The condo is warm and welcoming and has a slight view of the ocean. Nice, large master bedroom and bathroom. Great pool, bar, and lovely little beach area with a gazebo for sitting at the end of the pier. Pizza from the pizza truck is so yummy too! A great time was had by all! Rudy was very quick with his responses and great to deal with!

Barb G.Beautiful Condo in an ideal location
The amenities on site are great! There is a huge pool, a marina for boats, and a great little sand beach, which is rather rare in the Keys. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped . We loved the location because we were right in between Islamorada and KeyLargo. So lots of good restaurants within 10-15 minutes in either direction. There is a grocery store just a mile away. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and very easy to work with. We loved our stay here!

Ocean Point - property #14915. The place was nicer than I expected. Never had a pool so large - I could swim lengths. Restaurant on the property, at the beach in picture. The little balcony off our room faces large natural, tree wild area with ocean in background - and sun. That was my peaceful relaxing coffee, reading time. 2 miles ( I walked with sidewalks on main highway of the keys) to the grocery store, key lime pie shop, dollar store...).

We stayed at the condominium in the Florida Keys and had a great vacation. The condominium was fully equipped and clean. My wife and I enjoyed 30 days of amazing sun and ocean. The property was well protected and secured with full amenities with a great sand beach.
