Park your boat at the dock (33' Century featured in photos) and launch your kayak or paddleboard from the waters edge. Dock is equipped with davits/space for three boats. Water is 7' deep. Reel in your big catch of the day and swim to your heart's content right at the dock!

Sunset Oasis is conveniently located in Tavernier close to shops, groceries, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Easy access by boat to Snake Creek, toilet bowl alley and the Florida Bay. This is truly a resort area and a boaters paradise!

Home is comfortably furnished in a modern flair. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials; bedrooms are inviting and include high-end, top of the line mattresses, bedding and smart TV's. Master bedroom with king bed and adjacent covered patio with water views. Guest bedroom with queen bed and adjacent covered patio with water views. Second guest bedroom with a built-in library! Private office with sit/stand desk. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. All rooms are well lit and inviting. Easy, one-level floor plan with multiple access areas to the spacious, covered, wrap-around patio.
