There is $1500 security deposit, fully refundable with 45days vacating the property and post inspection. Utilities have a cap. Don’t worry the caps are very generous, they are intended to prevent hose being left free flowing. Also, pet fee is charged because all beds and furniture gets steam cleaned post guest with pet. Pets allowed small dogs 50 lbs or less. No cats owners family have too many allergies to cats
