The luxurious primary suite features a spacious room with a king bed, lavish bathroom with the finest hand picked fixtures and finishes and custom built-in closet. There are also two additional queen bedrooms, a guest bath, and full size washer/dryer on the second floor. Downstairs, you'll find an in-law's suite complete with a separate living space, fully stocked kitchen, king bed and full bathroom.
Completed with shellstone pavers and artificial grass, the backyard leaves no detail spared. BBQ on the Weber gas grill or try smoking on the Big Green Egg charcoal grill. Take a dip in the heated and chilled pool that includes a baja shelf and bubbler, ideal lounging or play. Bringing your boats isn’t a problem, as this house has 50’ of concrete dockage and comes outfitted with a 15,000 lb boat lift and commercial size ice maker to keep your dinner or cocktails cold for those long days on the water. Only a short idle up the canal and you will be able to fuel up your vessel at the neighboring gas station. This is a prime boater's location as you are provided direct access to the Florida Bay and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15’ of clearance.
