The unit is impeccably maintained and offers comfortable and inviting accommodations. The main level features an open living area with new furnishings, dining area with table and seating for 6 plus a fully equipped kitchen. In addition there is a half bath and stack washer/dryer for your convenience. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bath - tub/shower and vanity. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed plus a trundle with two twin size beds. The hall bath is complete including a tub and shower. If you are bringing a boat you will love the convenience of docking your boat in the unit's boat slip just steps from your front door. The slip accommodates a boat up to 32' in length. Proof of $300,000 property liability coverage is required when docking a boat at Futura Yacht Club.
This beautiful bay front condominium complex is conveniently located on the Tavernier/Islamorada border. The homeowners' association has just completed a comprehensive renovation of the pool and club house areas. Extensive landscaping was also done in the fall of 2013. We came down with another couple for a week of scuba diving and fishing and we were just absolutely thrilled with the BrockHaus. First the unit is right on the bay with and it is a corner unit so you have a great view from three sides of the unit. You can watch the sun set from the shower in both bathrooms upstairs. There is the master bedroom and then the queen bedroom with a twin bed as well and we weren’t sure if the queen bathroom was in the actual room or in the hall but to our delight it was in the bedroom itself. As I said we were two couples and we felt like we had plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. The unit was bright and clean the kitchen was new and modern. It’s as great to have a washer/dryer in the unit as we did laundry every day. Our boat was docked about 30 feet from the unit so it was super convenient. The pool at the complex was beautiful, big and well maintained. We cant’ wait to go back next year!
We have stayed at BrockHaus several times now over the past 2 years. We absolutely love this condo. We can always rely on a very clean and well cared for condo. One of the upstairs bathrooms has been recently remodeled. Being the end unit, it is very quiet and we enjoy watching the marine life and watersports entering and exiting the marina. Keys Holiday Rentals has been excellent to work with for setting up the rental, making sure we were all set prior to arrival and checking in during our stay to be sure everything was satisfactory. Thank you for another great visit in Islamorada!

We love the Keys and especially Islamorada. In the entire chain of these central islands we have found no better accommodation for a short stay than Futura Yacht Club, and within the Club, Brockhaus. This townhouse is the only one sited directly over the water with two sided views of the Gulf, beautiful furnishings and every needed item for self-catered living. And then there are the perfectly maintained full Club amenities: pool, tennis, sandy beach, tiki sun protection and, very important to us--assigned boat basin slips! Residents are convivial, and value quiet enjoyment--your stay will be peaceful and restful. Combine all of this with flawless assistance by the booking realty (Keys Holiday Rentals) and you will return over and over as we have!
Enjoyed another week at Futura Yacht Club and the Florida Keys. BrockHaus was exceptional, from the water views to the cleanliness and welcoming feeling. Andi and her team do an excellent job making sure everything is ready prior to our arrival, as well as during our stay. Can't say enough about Keys Holiday Rentals! Thank you for your hard work. We have been coming to Futura Yacht Club for many years now and I can say unequivocably that Brockhaus is the most desirable unit in the complex. Just a wonderful experience each and every time we stay here. The management company is the best also!!

My family loves this house! It is a home away from home, with all the amenities you could need for an amazing vacation. It's convenient to shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of privacy and is steps away from the water right in the backyard! We dock our boat at the house and really love that have that option. We are a family of 3 but this house easily accommodates more. I would highly recommend this home. We can't wait to return each year!
