Minimum rental: 30 Days “Blue Water Paradise” is a two-story spacious elegant home with a hottub and a dock. A gently breeze through the front entrance will lead you to the home’s elevator that will take you to the second floor of the residence. The ground level features a spacious outdoor kitchen with all its appliances that includes a gourmet gas cook top, a barbecue, ice maker, small refrigerator, a kitchen sink and mini bar next to the hot tub. There is an outside television with comfortable sitting area, table and lounge chairs for sunbathers. The outside area of this home resembles a mini private resort which accommodates guests for a nice entertainment with an outside bathroom. A separate fish cleaning station with a kitchen sink and outdoor shower is also available. The entrance to the first floor includes a full bar with bar tools that accommodates five, as well as lounge chairs and a family couch sofa (sleeps two) with seating for six, as well as a television for great indoor entertainment. There is an escalator that leads to the second floor that features a spacious living room and a full kitchen with all appliances to include stove, refrigerator, sink and a dish washing machine. There is an outside balcony with an additional barbecue, two wooden lounge chairs that overlooks the water canals that leads to the Atlantic Ocean. The hallway that leads to the three bedrooms with a small room that contains a washer and drier. The bedrooms are fully furnished and two of the bedrooms includes king, queen beds with full bath closets and television.
