We have loved Marco Island since we first visited 30 years ago with our small children. We bought this unit in 2011 because we wanted to spend more time on the Island and we were smitten with the view. We love to drink our morning coffee on the balcony watching the wildlife on Tiger Tail and our evening wine watching the amazing sunsets.
Pool and covered parking. Tennis and pickle ball courts available through South Seas Club.

We have loved Marco Island since we first visited 30 years ago with our small children. We returned many time since then, both as renters and owners.
We were thrilled when our daughter chose Marco as her wedding location, and we knew then that we needed to find a way to spend more time there. We decorated and furnished this condo as our vacation home and will rent it when we are not able to be there.
Why this property? We bought this unit in 2011 because we wanted to spend more time on the Island and we could not resist the view from this unit. We love to drink our morning coffee on the balcony watching the wildlife on the Tiger Tail Split and our evening wine watching the amazing sunsets.

Nice place to stay for a get away
We stayed here over Thanksgiving week and other family and friends stayed in other units in the same building.We liked the nice view from the balcony and it was a larger balcony than some other units.The kitchen was nicely usable and the unit was large for just us two people staying there and was clean and comfortable.The owners had obviously updated and remodeled sometime since it was built and no real complaints and it was comfortable and nice enough.It was interesting to see the different units since we saw three besides the one we stayed in from family staying in them. They all had slightly different layouts, finishes and furnishings. Some still had full-wall mirrors and with some chromed light fixtures which sure was a trendy look when these condos were built in the early 80s. I'm sure some recent trends will look equally dated years from now.Just a funny observation and this was a perfectly nice place to stay.

April 2018 Marco Island Trip
The condo has a wonderful view indeed, and has all the essentials you'll need to cook and hit the beach. You'll need to bring your own toiletries, like shampoo, etc...Horizons's didn't inform us that the parking is additional $25, I thought it was incl. in my payment and you need to register by 4:30pm the day of arrival. The buildings itself smells of musty/old lobby, and are weird, locked on both sides, I don't think they should advertise a "fitness gym", its a joke one machine, 10"x10" room. Pool is too small to service two 16 floor condos. Filled with kids, splashing & screaming. The actual walk to the beach water is 10 minutes. Bring bug spray! Once the sun starts going down, you will be eaten. Overall, pleasant, quiet experience, I would rent this condo again. Water & Beach amazing!

I am happy that you enjoyed your time at our condo and hope that you will return! The condo association charges the $25 registration/parking fee that is paid to them on arrival--it is not a part of the rental amount. I apologize if that wasn't clear. I will be on Marco, staying in the unit later today and will talk to condo management about the musty smell in the lobby...that should not be. We have found that school vacation times bring more children to Marco. Other times it is much quieter!
Fabulous Family Time
We enjoyed the wonderful sunsets and the morning coffee on the 16th floor balcony, which had sufficient sitting and a high-top table. The condo was complete with beach cart, towels, coolers and beach chairs that made out family vacation a breeze. I would stay this condo again and refer to my friends that come to Marco Island. It was beautifully decorated and has all the comforts and kitchen amenities of home.
