The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and an adjacent bathroom with single vanity and tub and shower combo as well as a flat screen TV. The living room is decorated in warm colors and has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.
This condo has several amenities such as a washer and dryer in the condo, free wi-fi, tennis court and pool (with plenty of chaise loungers to soak up some of the beautiful weather.) If you feel like going to the beach well The Essex is not far at all - about 5-7 minutes walking, biking and even less time if you have a vehicle.
There is an assigned covered parking spot not far from the condo as well as parking for your guests. There are several restaurants, a movie theater, shops just a short distance from the condo.
This 5th floor condo is one that guests will request year after year. 7 night minimum stay required.
